المستخلص: حظي الحديث النبوي بعناية فائقة؛ بدراسة المتون وعللها، ووضعوا لها ترجيحات لحل الإشكال، ودفع شبهة التعارض، وتمازجت جهود الفقهاء والمحدثين في الذب عن السنة النبوية، ويعد الإمام النووي الفقيه والمحدث رائد هذا المضمار، من خلال مرجحات المتن؛ في كتابه:" المنهاج شرح صحيح مسلم بن الحجاج؛ الذي تلقته الأمة بالقبول، ومن خلال أمثلة تطبيقية، تناسب وجوه الترجيح المعتبرة كما يراها الإمام النووي رحمه الله.

Prophet's hadith has received great care; By studying the texts and their causes, and they put weighting "Recommendations" for resolving the problem and eliminate the suspicion of contradiction, the efforts of the jurists and modernists were mixed in defending the Sunnah of the Prophet. The Jurist Imam Al. Nawawi is the pioneer in this field, through Text Weighting "Recommendations" In his book Al- Minhaj, Sahih Muslim bin Al-Hajjaj explanation; which the nation received with acceptance, and through applied examples, that fit the considerations of weighting as seen by Al-Nawawi. It was clear to us that the modernists gave care to text as much as they gave care to the indication, and they applied scientific sound methodology to eliminate the suspicion of contradiction in Hadith which is the combination as much as possible, then the weighting in a significant way. Imam Al-Nawawi is considered one of the scholars of Sharia, who hase a great efforts, and he is one of the hadith tracers, and he mixed between jurisprudence and hadith to defend the Sunnah, and confirmed with his methodology that the contradiction is apparent in the minds of the listeners; not what it is. the importance and usefulness of the study lies in it is concerned with studying the most authentic books after the Book of God, and the people has accepted it; It is one of the reliable and respected Sunni sources in the study of the Sunnah.
