المستخلص: يعتبر اللعب عند العديد من الباحثين الوسيلة المفضلة للطفل لإظهار، تمثيل والتعبير عن صراعاته الداخلية وصعوباته العلائقية. أثناء الملاحظة المباشرة، يسمح التعبير عن الصدمة في اللعب بفهم التجربة الذاتية للطفل الصغير، الضحية لأحداث أو وضعيات صادمة. اللعب ما بعد الصدمة هو اللغة المشفرة للطفل، وهي الطريقة المناسبة لمرحلة نموه في الاتصال وهذا يتيح للطفل التعبير عن نفسه والاستماع إليه. نقدم في مقالنا هذا دراسة حالة لطفل ضحية اعتداء جنسي. لفهم خصوصية اللعب في هذا الطفل، لجأنا إلى ثلاث أدوات، وهي المقابلة العيادية والملاحظة ووسيط والمتمثل في علبة وساطة. هناك أظهر الطفل تطورا مستمرا في طريقة التعبير عن لعبته، من خلال التكرار التلقائي للحدث كله، إلى أن وصل لتكرار بعض جوانب الصدمة فقط.

Play is considered by several authors as the child’s preferred method for showing, representing, and expressing his intrapsychic conflicts and his relationship difficulties. The expression of the trauma in play enables understanding the subjective experience of the young child, victim of traumatic events and situations, during direct observation. Post-traumatic play is the coded language of the child, a developmentally appropriate way of communicating that allows the child to express himself and be heard. In our article, we will present a case study of a child victim of sexual assault. To understand the specificity of playing in this child, we resorted to three tools, which are the clinical interview, the observation and a mediation box. The child showed then a constant evolution in the expression of his game, going through an automatic repetition of the event as a whole, until arriving to only a repetition of certain aspects of the trauma.

Le jeu est considéré par plusieurs auteurs comme le moyen privilégié utilize par l’enfant pour mettre en scène, représenter et communiquer ses conflits intrapsychiques et ses difficultés relationnelles. Durant l’observation directe, l’expression du trauma dans le jeu permet de comprendre l’expérience subjective du jeune enfant victime d’évènements et situations traumatiques. Le jeu post-traumatique est le langage codé de l’enfant, une manière de communiquer adaptée à son stade développemental; ce qui lui permet de s’exprimer et d’être entendu. Dans notre article nous présenterons une étude de cas, d'un enfant victime d'agression sexuelle. Pour comprendre la spécificité du jeu chez cet enfant, nous avions eu recours à trois outils, qui sont l'entretien clinique, l'observation et une boite à médiation. Cet enfant a fait preuve d’une évolution constante dans l’expression de son jeu, en passant par une répétition automatique de l’événement dans sa globalité, jusqu’à une répétition de certains aspects du trauma.
