|a إن التنمية المستدامة لها اهتمام ضمن الخطط التي تضعها الدول سواء المتقدمة منها أو النامية، حيث أصبح الاعتماد على المؤشرات الاقتصادية فقط في تقييم جهود التنمية شيء مضلل لما يعتريه من قصور فيما يخص الأمور الاجتماعية كعدالة توزيع الدخل" وأمور البيئة "كالتلوث". والتجربة الماليزية تعد من التجارب المميزة بالنسبة للدول النامية عامة ولمصر خاصة، فقد حققت معدلات نمو مرتفعة ونجحت في الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي مع الاحتفاظ بقيمها وثوابتها الوطنية، وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الجهود المبذولة من قبل دولة ماليزيا فيما يخص التحول نحو اقتصاد المعرفة كأحد الآليات الهامة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة مستخدمة في ذلك المنهج الاستنباطي اعتمادا على كل من الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي والنماذج القياسية المبنية على تحليل السلاسل الزمنية وذلك بقياس العلاقة في الأجلين القصير والطويل خلال فترة الدراسة (1990 – 2019) بين مؤشرات اقتصاد المعرفة وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة في ماليزيا باستخدام منهج الحدود (The Bounds Testing Approach)، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء الموزعة ( The Autoregressive Distributed Lag) اختصارا (ARDL)، وخلصت الدراسة إلى نجاح الجهود المبذولة من قبل الدولة في التحول نحو اقتصاد المعرفة كأحد الآليات لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، حيث اختلف تأثير مؤشرات اقتصاد المعرفة على مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة في ماليزيا خلال فترة الدراسة وأهم ما أوصت به الدراسة: ربط المعرفة التعليم بقطاع التكنولوجيا ومواكبة مخرجات التعليم للاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة.
|b Sustainable development has an interest in the plans drawn up by countries, whether developed or developing, since reliance on economic indicators only in evaluating development efforts has become misleading because of its shortcomings in terms of social issues such as "income distribution fairness" and environmental issues such as pollution. The Malaysian experience is a very distinguished one for developing countries in general and the Islamic world in particular; since it achieved high growth rates and succeeded in integrating into the global economy while preserving its national values and traditions. This study aims to highlight the efforts made by the State of Malaysia with regard to the transformation towards a knowledge economy as one of the important mechanisms for achieving sustainable development, relying on a deductive approach based on both descriptive analytical methods and econometric models based on time series analysis by measuring the relationship in the short and long terms between the knowledge economy indicators and the dimensions of sustainable development in Malaysia during the study period (1990-2019) , using The Bounds Testing Approach by using the model of Autoregressive Distributed Lag(ARDL) . The study concludes that the efforts made by the state have succeeded in the transformation towards a knowledge economy as one of the mechanisms to achieve sustainable development, as the impact of the knowledge economy indicators on the indicators of sustainable development in Malaysia differed during the study period. The most important thing recommended by the study is linking education with the technology sector and keeping pace with education outputs for a knowledge-based economy.
