المستخلص: العدول في البنية خروج عن المألوف، وقد فتح اللغويون والنحويون للشعراء ثغرة يلجؤن من خلالها للتعبير عن المعاني التي تعجز عن تلبيتها أصول القواعد؛ ولهذا وجب علينا التركيز في ضوء هذه الرخصة على الغاية أو الدلالات الجديدة التي جعلت الشعراء يخرجون من دائرة الوجوب إلى دائرة الجواز، وقد اتخذت هذا المنحى في هذا البحث للوقوف على الدلالات التي دفعت حميد بن ثور الهلالي للعدول الصرفي في شعره، معتمدة في ذلك على سياق الموقف، ومواطن الجواز اللغوي. وتقوم الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والاستنباطي من خلال تتبع ظاهرة العدول الصرفي في شعر حميد بن ثور الهلالي وبيان نوعه، وأثره الدلالي. وقد توصلت إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن دافع خروج الشاعر في البنية الصرفية القياسية - غالبا - كان استجابة لمقاصده وأغراضه، أن عدوله في البنية جاء وفق المسموح به والمألوف المستقر، وتنوعت صور العدول في الفصل الأول بين حذف الحركة أو الحرف، أو زيادة الحركة أو الحرف، أو قصر المدود، ولم يرد في شعر حميد مد للمقصور عدولا في بنية الكلمة. تنوعت صور العدول في المبحث الثاني وجاءت أولا في الإعلال والإبدال، يليها العدول بين الفعل ومشتقاته، يليها العدول في المصادر، يليها العدول بين الإفراد والتثنية والجمع، وقد تبين أن حميدا وظف الضرورة الشعرية توظيفا جيدا، وأنه في عدوله لم يخرج إلى حد القبح الذي استهجنه النحويون.

Deviation in structure and composition is out of ordinary, and from the grammatical rules; but it is not out of the language, or a violation of its rules and linguists and grammarians have opened a loophole for poets through which they penetrate to express the meanings that cannot be met by the origins of the rules; That is why we have to focus, in the light of this license, on the new goal or indications that made poets leave the circle of obligation to the circle of permissibility, and the author have taken this approach in this research to find out the indications that prompted Hamid bin Thawr Al-Hilali to deviate from the morphological in his poetry, depending on the context of attitude, dialect, and positions of the linguistic. This study is based on the descriptive, analytical and deductive approach by tracing the phenomenon of morphological reversal in the poetry of Hamid bin Thawr Al-Hilali and clarifying its type, and its semantic effect. The author have found out several results, including that the poet's deviation from the standard morphological structure - often - was in response to his purposes and objectives, that his change in the structure came in accordance with the permissible and the stable familiar. The images of deviation came in the first chapter between the deletion of the vowel or the letter, or the increase of the vowel or the letter, or the shortening of the extension, and it was not mentioned in Hamid’s poetry that extending the shortened vowel in the structure of the word. The forms of deviation varied in the second topic, first came the declarative and substitutionary, followed by the transgression between the verb and its derivatives, followed by the transgression in the sources, followed by the reversal between singular, dual, and plural
