المستخلص: اتسم القرن العشرين بظهور استراتيجيات الأسس المعرفية وتجهيز المعلومات التي أثبتت التجارب والبحوث أثرها الإيجابي في إتقان المفاهيم وزيادة التحصيل الدراسي، ويعتبر التعلم التعاوني إحدى استراتيجيات التدريس المعاصرة التي تسهم بشكل مباشر في رفع المستوى الأكاديمي وتنمية المهارات العزفية، وتزيد من دافعيتهم نحو التعلم واحتفاظهم بالمعلومات وإتقانهم لها وتطبيقها في مواقف تعليمية أخرى، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى الاستفادة من استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني في تحسين مهارات الأداء على آلة البيانو وتنمية الخبرات الإنسانية لدي الدارسين بقسم التربية الموسيقية عامة وبصفة خاصة محتوى مقررات الأناشيد عينة البحث، من أجل تحقيق الأهداف العامة لوزارة التربية بدولة الكويت، لإعداد مدرس يعتمد على دراسة العزف على آلة البيانو بأسس أكاديمية وتربوية سليمة ومتطورة وتوظيفها في سوق العمل المستقبلية، وينقسم هذا البحث إلى: الإطار النظري ويتضمن الدراسات سابقة مرتبطة بموضوع البحث -المفاهيم النظرية للبحث الخطوات الإجرائية لتنفيذ الاستراتيجية المقترحة وتشتمل على: * التخطيط والإعداد لاستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني تعاونية غير متجانسة ومدة التدريب تتراوح ما بين حصة كاملة أو عدد من الحصص تنفد على مدار أسابيع، تحديد الأهداف التعليمية في صيغة سلوك يمكن ملاحظته وقياسه، تحديد التقدير المبدئي لمستويات المعرفة والتذكر -الفهم والاستيعاب -التحليل والتطبيق -القدرة على استخدام ما تعلمه في مواقف جديدة -التقويم. * تنظيم المهام وتبادل الأدوار، ومتابعة الإرشادات والمقترحات للتغلب على صعوبات التعلم ولحثهم على التعاون وتختتم بالتقييم المستمر من خلال استمارة ملاحظة. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أهمية استراتيجيات التعلم التعاوني في مختبرات البيانو وأثره على تحسين التحصيل الدراسي، وقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام باستخدام استراتيجيات تعلمية متنوعة في تنمية المهارات الأدائية عامة وفي مختبرات البيانو بوجه خاص، والاستفادة منها في إجراء البحوث التجريبية المتنوعة في مجال التعلم الموسيقي، واختتم البحث بالتوصيات ثم المراجع المستخدمة وملخص البحث.

The twentieth century was characterized by the emergence of strategies of cognitive foundations and information processing, which experiences, and research have proven to have a positive impact on mastering concepts and increasing academic achievement. and its application in other educational situations, This research aims to take advantage of the cooperative learning strategy in improving performance skills on the piano and developing human experiences for students in the Department of Music Education in general and in particular the content of the curricula of songs, the sample of the research, in order to achieve the general objectives of the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait, to prepare a teacher based on the study of playing on The piano instrument with sound and advanced academic and educational foundations and its use in the future labor market. This research is divided into: Theoretical framework includes previous studies related to the topic of research - theoretical concepts of research The procedural steps to implement the proposed strategy include: Planning and preparing for a cooperative learning strategy, cooperative, heterogeneous, and the duration of the training ranges between a full class or a number of lessons that run out over weeks, setting educational goals in the form of observable and measurable behavior, determining the initial assessment of the levels of knowledge and remembering- understanding and comprehension- analysis and application- the ability to Use what you have learned in new situations- the calendar. Organizing tasks, exchanging roles, following up on instructions and suggestions to overcome learning difficulties and urging them to cooperate, and concluding with continuous evaluation through an observation form. The results of the research showed the importance of cooperative learning strategies in piano laboratories and its impact on improving academic achievement. The researcher recommended the need to pay attention to the use of various learning strategies in the development of performing skills in general and in piano laboratories, and to benefit from them in conducting various experimental research in the field of musical learning, and concluded Search by recommendations, then used references, and a summary of the research.
