المستخلص: إن المشروعات الصغيرة والمتناهية الصغر لهما دورا هاما في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، حيث أصبحت رافدا أساسيا لخدمة الاقتصاد القومي، وزيادة الإنتاج المحلي بالإضافة على توفير فرص عمل لكثير من الخريجين ومن ثم المساهمة في حل مشكلة البطالة، كما أنها تساعد علي زيادة المهارات الفنية للعاملين بها، لذلك تأتي أهمية التربية الفنية إلى تفعيل دورها بالارتباط بمشكلات المجتمع ومواكبة قضايا العصر، واقتحام أزمة البطالة لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة التي تطالب بها الدولة، فالتربية الفنية ومجالاتها المتنوعة تقدم للشباب في مختلف مراحلهم التعليمية أنشطة فنية متعددة وتقوم الشباب فنيا وثقافيا مما يتيح لهم فرصة للإبداع لمحاولة علاج البطالة. ويعد أشغال المعادن أحد مجالات التربية الفنية الهامة التي يسعي لتنمية الجوانب الابتكارية لدى الفرد عن طريق الممارسة العملية والأخذ بما يساعد على نمو التفكير والأداء الإبداعي، وهو من الفنون التي تتنوع أشكالها ويكثر استخدامه في الحياة ويمكن أن تتيح للفرد العديد من فرص العمل الإنتاجي الخلاق إذا ما توافرت الخبرات العلمية والعملية والظروف الملائمة ليكون أحد المشروعات الإنتاجية الصغيرة، نظرا لتميزه بتعدد الأساليب التشكيلية التي تتسم بالمرونة في التعامل مع الخامة والأساليب التقنية لإشغال المعادن التي تساعد في مشغولة معدنية يدوية وظيفية وجمالية.

Small and micro enterprises play a crucial role in fostering economic development, serving as essential contributors to the national economy. They not only bolster local production but also generate employment opportunities, particularly for recent graduates, thus helping alleviate the issue of unemployment. Moreover, these enterprises contribute to enhancing the art skills of their workforce. Given their significance, it is imperative to emphasize the role of art education in addressing societal challenges, staying abreast of contemporary issues, and combating the unemployment crisis to achieve comprehensive development as envisioned by the state. Through various artistic activities, art education empowers young people across different educational levels, fostering creativity and providing avenues for tackling unemployment. Metalworking stands as a significant pillar within art education, aiming to nurture individuals' innovative capabilities through hands-on practice and the adoption of techniques conducive to fostering creative thinking and performance. This art form boasts diverse manifestations and finds widespread application in daily life. With the availability of scientific and practical expertise coupled with appropriate conditions, metalworking presents myriad opportunities for individuals to engage in creative and productive endeavours, particularly within the realm of small-scale projects. Its distinction lies in its plethora of plastic methods, characterized by their flexibility in handling materials, alongside the art methodologies employed in metalworking.
