المستخلص: يعتبر علم الجرح والتعديل من أهم علوم الحديث الذي يحفظ سنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من الزلل والكذب وأن لا يدخل فيها ما ليس منها من خطأ الرواة وخفة ضبطهم وحفظهم، ومن أهم علماء هذا الفن هو الإمام الدارقطني فهو عالم جليل وإمام زمانه بالحديث، وله ألفاظ خاصة بالجرح والتعديل، ومنها لفظة (يعتبر به) وهي من ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل لبيان حال الراوي بضعف ضبطه وحفظه وقبول روايته من عدمها بالاعتبار والنظر بمن يعضده ويتابعه من رواة بروايته هذه، وكتاب (الضعفاء والمتروكون) من أهم كتب علم الرجال والجرح والتعديل فجعل فيه الرواة الضعفاء والمجروحين. ونقل وأخذ عنه من جاء من بعده. وتوصلت لوجود (9) رواة وصفهم بلفظة (يعتبر به) في كتاب (الضعفاء) ووافقه العلماء بعموم أقواله بجرح الرواة.

The science of wound and modification is considered one of the most important sciences of hadith that preserves the Sunnah of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, from error and falsehood, and that it does not include in it what is not among the narrators’ error and the lightness of their control and preservation. Specific to al-jarh and al-ta’deel, including the word (considered by it), which is one of the terms al-jarh and ta’deel to indicate the situation of the narrator with the weakness of his control, memorization, and acceptance of his narration or not, with consideration and consideration of those who support him and follow him from the narrators with his narration of this, and the book (weak and abandoned) is one of the most important books on the science of men, al-jarh and ta’deel, so he made narrators in it The weak and the wounded. And he was transferred and taken from him who came after him. And I found that there are (9) narrators who described them with the word “considered” in the book (Al-Dha’afa’), and the scholars agreed with him with the generality of his sayings by hurting the narrators.
