|a يعد المذهب الحنفي أقدم المذاهب الفقهية وأوسعها انتشارا، وإن الإمام الرملي المتوفي سنة (١٠٨١ هـ) من الفقهاء المتأخرين قد حظي بمكانة عالية في المذهب، وقد عني هذا البحث بتحقيق جزء من حاشية (لوائح الأنوار) على (منح الغفار شرح تنوير الأبصار) للتمرتاشي المتوفي سنة (1004 هـ) واتبعت فيه منهجية التحقيق المعروفة معتمدة في ذلك على ثلاث نسخ خطية من المخطوطة، حيث اشتمل هذا البحث على تمهيد وقد ذكرت فيه نبذة مختصرة عن صاحب الحاشية الإمام (خير الدين الرملي) وثلاثة مباحث وهي (كتاب البيوع، خيار الشرط، خيار الرؤية) ويعد هذا البحث جزءا مستلا من رسالة الدكتوراه.
|b The Hanafi is considered the oldest and most widespread doctrine of jurisprudence, and the imam Al-Ramli, who died in 1081 Ah, is a late jurist who has gained a high place in the doctrine. This research was concerned with the investigation of part of the footnote (LAWEAHI AL-ANWAR) on (MENAH AL-GHAFFAR explanation of TANWEER Al-ABSSAR) of the deceased Tartashi in the year (1004 Ah). and followed the well-known investigative methodology adopted in this regard. On three written copies of the manuscript, this research included a preface and mentioned a brief summary of the owner of the footnote Imam (Khair al-Din al-Ramli) and three investigations, namely (The Sales Book , The Choice of Condition, The Choice of Vision) and this research is a part of the doctoral thesis.
