المستخلص: خلقنا الله لنعبده، ومنحنا النعم لنشكره، فمنا من استخدمها لطاعته أو لمعصيته، ونحن مسائلون عنها، والفضاء الإلكتروني الفسيح على فوائده الجمة؛ إلا أنه مليء بالشوائب والمنكرات، ففيه رايات تدعوا للرذيلة والانحلالية، فتفسد عقائد الأمة وتفتت الإيمان؛ نتيجة الوقوع في ما نهى الله عنه، ونحن مأمورون بغض البصر عن الحرام وعدم تتبع العورات، واستشعار الرقابة الإلهية، وإيقاض جذوة الإيمان في قلوبنا، والحواس من نعم الله علينا؛ فلا يجب أن تستخدم لمعصيته، والمسلم مطالب بالحفاظ على نفسه وعدم إيقاعها بالحرام ومطالب كذلك بحماية حقوق الآخرين؛ ومنها الأعراض والسمعة والشرف، فلا ينبغي إيقاعهم في حبائل الشيطان، وهذا يترتب عليه جزاء شرعي وهو حرمة نشر الفاحشة وترويجها، وكذلك جزاء قانوني فهم مجرم ومغرم بالدساتير القانونية، ويترتب عليه تبعات دينية من الإثم، ودنيوية من رد اعتبار الآخرين، ودفع غرامة أو التعرض للحبس، وعليه تبعات دنيوية؛ كالفسق نتيجة التشهير والتغرير بالضحايا، وتشويه الشخصية الاعتبارية، وأخروية من العذاب، فعلى المسلم أن يبتعد عن كل ما يسيء لنفسه، أو يسيء لغيره؛ امتثالا لقول الله (إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ).

The Applied Islamic Approach to Electronic Chastity; Phenomena and Solution; Legal Vision and Legitimacy Compared. We are created by God and granted many blessings to thank Him. Some of us use these blessings to obey God while others use them for the disobedience of God. We are responsible for the choice. Though spacious cyberspace is teemed with benefits, it is full of impurities and bad deeds. It has pillars that call for vice and degeneracy which in turn spoil the doctrines of the nation and degenerate faith. We are commanded not to look at what is forbidden by God and not to trace the shortcomings of people. Also, we have to sense the divine control and wake the sweetness of faith in our hearts. As a result the blessings bestowed on us by God should not be used to disobey Him,The Muslim is required to protect himself and not to commit haraam actions. He is also required to protect the rights of others. Including symptoms, reputation and honor, they should not be caught in the traps of Satan, and this entails a legal penalty, which is the prohibition of spreading and promoting indecency, as well as a legal penalty, as they are criminal and in love with legal constitutions, and it entails religious consequences of sin, and worldly consequences of rehabilitating others, paying a fine or being imprisoned It has worldly consequences. Such as immorality as a result of defamation and deception of victims, distortion of legal personality, and an afterlife of torment. The Muslim must stay away from everything that offends himself, or offends others; In compliance with the words of God (Indeed, those who foresaw the believing men and the believing women and then did not repent, they shall have the torment of their two sins).
