المستخلص: السياحة من أهم القطاعات عند جميع الدول لأنها تمثل رافدا أساسيا للاقتصاد وطريقة مهمة للترويج للدولة وتعريف الناس بتاريخها وثقافتها، وتعتبر مصر من أهم دول العالم في مجال السياحة نظرا لتنوع مواردها السياحية الطبيعية والتاريخية. تعد شركة مصر للسياحة أول وأقدم شركة سياحة مساهمة مصرية في مجال السياحة حيث أنشئت على يد طلعت حرب في عام ١٩٣٤ م، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وثائق شركة مصر للسياحة المحفوظة بدار الوثائق القومية دراسة أرشيفية، وتعد هذه الوثائق سلسلة ضمن المتكاملة الأرشيفية لمصلحة الشركات. واعتمدت الدراسة على منهجين هما: المنهج التاريخى تحليلا وتركيبـا والمنهج المسحى، وقد تناولت الدراسة وثائق شركة مصر للسياحة في الفترة من ١٩٣٤ م حتى 1966 م وجاء ذلك في محورين أولهما: المحور التاريخي، اشتمل على نشأة الشركة وتطورها التاريخي ونشاطها ونظامها الإداري والمالي والتعديلات التي طرأت علي هذه الأنظمة في تلك الفترة، وثانيهما: المحور الأرشيفي، وقد اشتمل على الدراسة الأرشيفية لوثائق الشركة ويتضمن التعريف بوثائق الشركة، وإعداد قائمة حصر زمنية لملفات الشركة مرتبة ترتيبا زمنيا، بالإضافة إلى إعداد بطاقات وصف أرشيفي متعدد المستوى كوسيلة إيجاد علمية، وجاء ذلك على مستوى السلسلة والملفات ونماذج من الوثائق داخل ملفات محل الدراسة.

Tourism is one of the most important sectors in all countries because it represents a major supplier of the economy and an important way to promote the country and inform people about its history and culture, and Egypt is considered one of the most important countries in the world in the field of tourism due to the diversity of its natural and historical tourism resources. Egypt Tourism Company is the first and oldest Egyptian shareholding tourism company in the field of tourism, as it was established by Talaat Harb in 1934. This research aims at studying the documents of the Egyptian Tourism Company stored at the national archive, an archival study. And these documents are considered a series within the archive group of the interests of companies. The study was based on two methodologies, the analytical and structural historical approach and the survey approach.The study dealt with the documents of the Egypt Tourism Company from 1934 to 1966. This came in two axes, the first of which was: the historical axis, which included the establishment of the company, its historical development, its activity, its administrative and financial system, and the changes that occurred in these systems in that period.Second, the archival axis, which included the archival study of company documents, included identification of company documents, and preparing a chronological list of company files in chronological order. In addition to preparing multi-level archival description cards as finding aids scientific, this came at the level of series, files and samples of documents within the files under study.
