المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى بيان الحكم الشرعي في نازلة مستجدة تتعلق بتجميل الحاجبين، يطلق عليها تقنية الميكروبليدنج، وهي إحدى تقنيات التجميل غير الجراحية التي تتناول تكثيف شعر الحاجبين بشكل يبدو طبيعيا باستخدام أدوات وصبغة معينة، وذلك بالتوصيف الدقيق لهذه التقنية، وكيفية إجرائها؛ وصولا إلى حكمها الشرعي ووضع ضوابط حاكمة لها. ويتمثل منهج البحث في اتباع المنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، أما المنهج الاستقرائي فلتوضيح التقنية بوصفها وصفا مفصلا بتتبعها والتفتيش عنها من خلال الشبكة العنكبوتية، وأما المنهج الاستنباطي، فللوقوف على الحكم الشرعي الصحيح الذي يكشف هذه التقنية وما يؤول إليه إجراؤها من تغيير الهيئة المعهودة دون ضرورة داعية إلى ذلك. ويخلص البحث إلى أن الحكم الشرعي لتقنية الميكروبليدنج هو التحريم في الحالات العادية، وأنها تطور للوشم المعروف المحرم في المقام الأول، ولا تختلف عنه سوى في عمق وصول وخز الإبر داخل طبقات الجلد، وتنجيس الموضع بالجرح الحاصل أثناء الوخز، مع صعوبة التمييز بين بعض الحالات التي قد لا يجرح فيها الجلد، كما أن المثالب الناجمة عنها تؤكد على أنها ليست آمنة بدرجة كبيرة، أما إذا تعينت تقنية الميكروبليدنج سبيلا لبناء حاجبين سقط الشعر عنهما أو قلت كثافتهما بشكل ملحوظ، فتأخذ حكم الجواز بضوابط شرعية.

The research aims to clarify the legal ruling in an emerging case related to the beautification of the eyebrows, it is called the microblading technique, which is one of the non-surgical cosmetic techniques that deals with the intensification of the eyebrows hair in a way that appears natural using certain tools and dye, with an accurate description of this technique, and how to perform it; reaching to its legal ruling and setting rules governing it. The research method is to follow the inductive and deductive approaches, as for the inductive technique as a detailed description by tracking it and searching for it through the Internet, and as for the deductive approach, to find out the correct legal ruling that reveals this technique and what it leads to in changing the usual body without necessity calling for that.. The research concludes that the legal ruling for the microblading technique is prohibition in normal cases, and that it is a development of the well-known tattoo that is prohibited in the first place, and it differs from it only in the depth of the needle prick’s reach into the layers of the skin, and the impurity of the site with the wound that occurred during the prick, with the difficulty of distinguishing between some cases that the skin may not be injured in it, and the defects resulting from it confirm that it is not very safe, but if the microblading technique is a way to build eyebrows from which hair has fallen off or their density has decreased significantly, then it takes the ruling of permissibility with legal controls.
