|a يعتبر موضوع التنصيص على الخلافة بعد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من المواضيع المهمة جدا، والتي أخذت حيزا كبيرا من الأخذ والرد على مرور حقب من التاريخ بين من يثبت ومن ينفي ذلك، وبحثنا هذا يسلط الضوء على هذه القضية من خلال تتبع وجمع ودراسة تلك المرويات على طريقة المحدثين النقاد، ثم بيان ثبوت النص من النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على تحديد الخليفة بعده صلى الله عليه وسلم أما بنص صريح -وقد بلغت ثلاثة عشر نصا-، أو غير صريح -وقد بلغت اثنا عشر نصا.
