|a يهدف البحث إلى بيان أهمية القانون الدولي لطلاب الشريعة. فتناولت في الأول موضوعات أساسية ذات علاقة بمضمونها. حيث ذكر فيها مبحثين الأساسيين ركزت الدراسة عليهما. فجاء في المبحث الأول ماهية القانون الدولي من ذكر معناه، نشأته، تطوره، خصائصه، والعلاقة بينه وبين الشريعة، ومن ثم موقف الشريعة الإسلامية منه. كما ذكر في المبحث الثاني أهمية دراسة القانون الدولي لطلاب الشريعة في جانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي. كون هذه الأمور الثلاثة تدور عليها معاملات الناس وتعاملهم فيما بينهم. فبين الباحث أهمية العلاقة بين هذه الأمور وبين القانون الدولي، كما بين الأهمية القانونية والمعرفية في دراسة هذه الأمور لطلبة الشريعة. وفي النهاية ختم البحث بنتائج منها أن دراسة القانون الدولي لطلاب الشريعة له أهمية بالغة في معرفة القواعد والأنظمة القانونية الدولية وأيضا لها ارتباطات بالمسلمات الشرعية التي يدرسها طلاب الشريعة.
|b The Objective of this Research is to discuss the Importance of International Law for the Students of Islamic Law. Firstly, The Study consisted different topics that are related to its concept. Where the researcher organized the structure of the Study based on main two topics. The first topic discussed the Origin of International Law and its relationship with Islamic Law as well as the position of Islamic Law on it. Where the Second Topic discussed the Importance of Studying International Law for the Students of Islamic Law. Due to its vital Economical role, socially and politically. Because these three aspects the life style of the people is going based on them. Therefore the researcher provide the importance of relationship between these three aspects and International Law. The researcher also mentioned the Importance of studying Law particularly for the students of Islamic Law. Lastly, the study concluded with the results, some of it: Studying International Law for the Islamic Law Students is very Important, because this will help them to know the rules and regulation governing International Law.
