المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة التعريف بأدوات فهم الحديث النبوي في ضوء سياقه، ويتدرج الباحث ببيان معنى الأداة، ثم فهم الحديث، ثم السياق بمعناه وأنواعه وأهميته. وقد اصطلح الباحث في هذه الدراسة على معان محددة للسياق بأنواعه تتوافق مع موضوع البحث؛ فقصد بالسياق الخاص: مجموع الأدوات الدالة على إدراك معناه بألفاظه جميعا، وذكر منها: النظر في السياق بتمامه، وجمع روايات الحديث الواحد، ومعرفة سبب ورود الحديث. وقصد بالسياق العام: مجموع الأدوات الدالة على فهم الحديث - الذي هو محل النظر- من خارج ألفاظه. وذكر منها الاستعانة بأمرين: آيات القرآن الكريم، ونصوص السنة النبوية، وذلك بأن يكونا مشتركين مع الحديث في سياقه الموضوعي. وقد اعتنى الباحث بأدوات فهم الحديث المشتركة بين السياقين الخاص والعام، وذكر منها مراعاة: اللغة العربية، والعقل السليم، وعلم أصول الفقه. ويعزز الباحث عرضه لهذه الأدوات وبيانها بكلام أهل العلم الذين نبهوا على ضرورة توافرها في فهم النصوص النبوية. ويتطرق البحث إلى الأمثلة التطبيقية من الأحاديث النبوية التي تظهر الخلل الحاصل في الفهم بسبب عدم اعتبار هذه الأدوات المهمة في الفهم أو إهمالها. ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة: أن إعمال أدوات الفهم يعين على الوصول إلى المعنى الصحيح لحديث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. وتصنيف هذه الأدوات بحسب أنواع السياق ينظم ذهن الناظر في نصوص السنة النبوية.

This study deals with the definition of the tools for understanding the hadith in the light of its context. In this study, the researcher used specific meanings of the context of all kinds that correspond to the topic of the research; He meant by the specific context: the sum of the tools that indicate the comprehension of its meaning with all its words, and he mentioned among them: looking at the context in its entirety, collecting the narrations of one hadith, and knowing the reason for the occurrence of the hadith. By the general context, he meant: the set of tools that indicate an understanding of the hadith - which is the subject of consideration - from outside its words. Among them, he mentioned seeking help from two things: the verses of the Noble Qur’an and the texts of the Prophet’s Sunnah, and that they are in common with the hadith in its objective context. The researcher has taken care of the tools for understanding hadith common between the private and public contexts, and mentioned among them the consideration of: the Arabic language, the sound mind, and the science of jurisprudence. The researcher reinforces his presentation of these tools and their explanation with the words of the scholars who have warned of the necessity of their availability in understanding the prophetic texts. The research deals with practical examples from the Prophetic hadiths that show the flaw in understanding due to the failure to consider or neglect these important tools of understanding. Among the most important findings of the study: the use of the tools of understanding helps to reach the correct meaning of the hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Classifying these tools according to the types of context regulates the mind of the beholder in the texts of the Prophetic Sunnah.
