المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسات العمومية الصحية لولاية البليدة خلال الفترة (2014- 2017) وذلك بالاعتماد على مؤشرات التغطية الصحية، كمؤشر التغطية الصحية لعدد الأسرة ومؤشر التغطية الصحية للأطباء بمختلف أصنافهم (الأطباء الأخصائيين، الأطباء العامين، جراحي الأسنان، والصيادلة) بالإضافة إلى مؤشر التغطية الصحية لشبه الطبيين مقارنة مع عدد السكان خلال نفس الفترة. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن معدلات التغطية الصحية السريرية والتغطية الطبية وشبه بالقطاع الصحي العمومي لولاية البليدة ضعيفة جدا، وهذا ما ينقص من أداء القطاع الصحي العمومي بالولاية، الأمر الذي ينتج عنه زيادة فرص نجاح القطاع الصحي الخاص على حساب أداء القطاع العام. أوصت هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة رفع معدلات التغطية الصحية بالقطاع الصحي العمومي لولاية البليدة سواء كانت تلك المتعلقة بالتغطية السريرية أو بالتغطية الطبية والتغطية شبه الطبية، حتى تلقى خدمات القطاع العام القبول لدى المستفيد.

This study aims to assess the quality of health services in public health institutions in the state of Blida during the period (2014-2017) based on health coverage indicators, As an index of health coverage for the number of beds and an index of health coverage for doctors of all kinds (specialist doctors, general practitioners, dental surgeons, and pharmacists) In addition to the index of health coverage for paramedics compared with the population during the same period. This study found that the rates of clinical health coverage, medical coverage, and similar to the public health sector in Blida State are very weak, This reduces the performance of the public health sector in the state, which results in an increase in the chances of success of the private health sector at the expense of the performance of the public sector. This study recommended the necessity to raise the rates of health coverage in the public health sector in the state of Blida, whether those related to clinical coverage or medical coverage and semi-medical coverage, until public sector services receive acceptance from the beneficiary.

Cette étude vise à évaluer la qualité des services de santé dans les établissements de santé publique de l'état de Blida au cours de la période (2014-2017) à partir d'indicateurs de couverture sanitaire, En tant qu'indice de couverture santé pour le nombre de lits et indice de couverture maladie pour les médecins de tous types (médecins spécialistes, médecins généralistes, chirurgiens-dentistes et pharmaciens) En plus de l'indice de couverture sanitaire des paramédicaux par rapport à la population de la même période. Cette étude a révélé que les taux de couverture sanitaire clinique, de couvertures médicales et similaires dans le secteur de la santé publique dans l'État de Blida sont très faibles, Cela réduit la performance du secteur de la santé publique dans l'État, ce qui se traduit par une augmentation des chances de succès du secteur privé de la santé au détriment de la performance du secteur public. Cette étude a recommandé la nécessité de relever les taux de couverture santé dans le secteur de la santé publique dans l'état de Blida, qu'il s'agisse de la couverture clinique ou de la couverture médicale et semi-médicale, Jusqu'à ce que les services du secteur public soient acceptés par le bénéficiaire.
