المستخلص: تعتبر أزمة كورونا التي نشأت بسبب انتشار فيروس كورونا المستجد الأصعب في تاريخ البشرية، فقد شلت الاقتصاد وأوصدت أبواب المؤسسات وأصبحت في غضون شهرين أزمة عالمية. اهتممنا في هذه الدراسة بمشكلة جوهرية تتعلق أساسا بصعوبة الحصول على المعلومات في هذه الأزمة، مما سبب الانقطاع عن العمل، بالاعتماد على منهج البحث التاريخي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. النتائج المتوصل إليها تثبت بأن حوكمة المعلومات المبنية على نظام إدارة الوثائق والمعلومات الإدارية المنصوص عليه في التقنين الدولي أيزو 15489، تعتبر من أهم السبل لتحسين أداء المؤسسات. وبناء عليه أوصى الباحث بضرورة اعتماد حوكمة المعلومات والوثائق لمعالجة كافة الأزمات التنظيمية التي تواجه المؤسسات.

The Corona crisis, caused by the emerging corona virus is the most difficult in human history, it has paralyzed the economy and closed the institutions, and within two months it became a global crisis. In this research we highlight the basic problem related to information access, based on the historical research method. The results show that Information Governance relies on the records management system underlined in the international standard ISO15489, is the most important ways to improve the performance of institutions. Thus the researcher recommends promoting the practices of Information Governance to address all organizational crises facing the institutions

La crise Corona, causée par le virus corona émergent, est la plus difficile de l'histoire humaine, elle a paralysé l'économie et fermé les institutions, et en deux mois elle est devenue une crise mondiale. Dans cette recherche, nous mettons en évidence le problème fondamental lié à l'accès à l'information, basé sur la méthode de recherche historique. Les résultats montrent que la gouvernance de l'information repose sur le système de gestion des documents souligné dans la norme internationale ISO15489, est le moyen le plus important d'améliorer la performance des institutions. Ainsi le chercheur a recommandé l'adoption d'une gouvernance de l'information pour les crises organisationnelles auxquelles sont confrontées les institutions.
