|a هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تناول موضوع المصنفات العلمية ودور القواعد التي تضمنها قانون حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة في إرساء الحماية لها، وهذا من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم هذه المصنفات وتعديد صورها، بالإضافة إلى دراسة موضوع الأمانة العلمية التي تتم عبر إرساء قواعد النزاهة العلمية فضلا عن دراسة ما يتعلق بالسرقة العلمية، وفي الأخير البحث على أليات الحماية التي تضمنها قانون حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة في إضفاء حماية للمصنفات العلمية، وتكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع في أنه يضع قواعد حماية المصنفات العلمية والتي بدورها تحقق الحماية للأمانة العلمية ولقواعد النزاهة بشكل عام.
|b This research paper aimed to address the topic of scientific works and the role of the rules contained in the copyright and related rights law in establishing protection for them, by addressing the concept of these works and the enumeration of their images, in addition to studying the topic of scientific integrity that is carried out by establishing the rules of scientific integrity as well as a study With regard to scientific theft, and finally, research on the protection mechanisms included in the Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law in giving protection to scientific works, and the importance of this topic lies in that it sets the rules for the protection of scientific works, which in turn achieves protection for scientific integrity and the rules of integrity in general.
