المستخلص: This paper focuses on illustrating the reasons and problems that supply chain managers confront in order to adapt and cope with this health catastrophe on a continual basis. Our contribution consists of analyzing the impact of Covid 19 on supply chain performance as well as identifying the best tactics and solutions in terms of methodologies and tools used by supply chain specialists in times of crisis. Our technique entails first developing interviews based on a theoretical study and documentary and bibliographical research on the supply chain, and then sharing these interviews online with the aid of supply chain specialists and through the professional network Linkedln. The findings demonstrate that the Covid problem has a significant influence on the supply chain: first, downstream, with supply delays and uncertainty, and then demand; secondly, upstream, with distribution issues, outages, and overstock for specific goods.

Ce present article porte sur 1’illustration de facteurs et defis auxquels sont confrontes les responsables de la Supply Chain afin de s’adapter perpetuellement et faire face a cette crise sanitaire. Notre contribution s’inscrit dans 1’analyse de 1’impact du covid 19 sur la performance de la supply chain tout en identifiant les meilleures strategies et solutions en termes de methodes et outils deployes en temps de crise par les experts du domaine de la supply Chain. Notre methodologie consiste, primo, en 1’elaboration d'entrevues a base d’une etude theorique et une recherche documentaire et bibliographique sur la supply chain, secondo, en communication en ligne de ces entrevues a I’aide d'experts en supply chain et par le biais du reseau professionnel Linkedln. Les resultats demontrent que cette crise du Covid impacte considerablement sur la supply chain : D’abord, en aval, a savoir le retard et 1’incertitude d’approvisionnement et ensuite la demande; puis en amont en termes de distribution, de rupture et de surstock pour certains produits.
