المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة الأدوار التي تواجهها الأجهزة الأمنية الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة من حيث الاختراق للمجتمع الفلسطيني، حيث شملت الدراسة على التعرف على بعض من المفاهيم الأمنية من حيث الأقسام والخصائص والأهمية ومخاطر الغياب، وتطرق الباحثان للتعرف على الأمن القومي للمجتمع الفلسطيني منذ دخول السلطة الفلسطينية لفلسطين عقب اتفاقية أوسلو وانتهاء بسيطرة حركة حماس على قطاع غزة من خلال دراسة مكتبية تطبيقية، ثم تطرق الباحثان للحديث عن قطاع غزة من حيث الموقع الاستراتيجي والأهمية وانتهاء بدورها الفاعل في إبراز القضية الفلسطينية، وقد هدفت الدراسة لإظهار حقبة من الاختراقات التي اجتاحت قطاع غزة التي بدورها أدت إلى إضعاف الجبهة الداخلية وإبعاد القضية الفلسطينية عن مسارها، وقام الباحثان بإتباع المنهج التاريخ الذي يبحث لنا في الماضي عن الظاهرة عبر الزمان والمكان، والذي تعتمد على وصف الأحداث التاريخية وصفا دقيقا، كما وأتبع المنهج الوصفي الذي يعطى وصفا دقيقا للظاهرة، كما وأتبع أيضا المنهج الاستقرائي والذي هدف إلى جمع البيانات وملاحظة الظواهر المرتبطة بها والذي تناولت الجوانب الدقيقة للمجتمع الفلسطيني، والدور الصهيوني في إضعاف الجبهة الداخلية للمجتمع الفلسطيني.، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأمن بالمفهوم الشامل والعام يعد من أهم الأساسيات التي تهم الفرد وكذلك المجتمع، وأن الأجهزة الأمنية في قطاع غزة في حرب استخبارية مستمرة مع الاحتلال لن تنتهى إلا بانتهاء هذا الاحتلال وخروجه من أرض فلسطين.

This article aims to highlight the economic breakthroughs that swept the Gaza Strip, which in turn weakened the home front and derailed the Palestinian Cause. It addresses the roles of the Palestinian security services in the Gaza Strip in protecting the Palestinian society from foreign breakthroughs and infiltrations. The study sheds light on some of the security concepts in terms of their types, characteristics, importance, and the risks of their absence. Through an applied desk study, the researchers address the national security of the Palestinian society since the Palestinian Authority has come to power, beginning with the Oslo Accords and ending in Hamas Movement’s takeover of the Gaza strip. The researchers also tackle the Gaza Strip in terms of its strategic location and importance, and finally, its active role in highlighting the Palestinian Cause. The researchers have also pointed out a number of infiltrations carried out by the Zionist enemy on Gaza society, including economic, media, and security infiltrations in terms of reasons, methods, and motives that the occupation exploits to bring the Palestinian citizens into the trap of espionage; the unjust siege on the Gaza Strip, which has negative effects on the Palestinian economy; and how to exploit the means of modern technology and the media to strike the Palestinian social fabric from inside. The study employs the historical approach that searches for the phenomenon across time and space, depending on an accurate description of historical events. It also employs the descriptive approach, giving an accurate description of the phenomenon, and inductive approach, aiming at collecting data and observing the phenomena related to it, which deals with the subtle aspects of Palestinian society and the Zionist role in weakening the home front of the Palestinian society. The study concludes that security, in its broadest and most general sense, is one of the most important basics that affect both individuals and societies, and that the security services in the Gaza Strip are engaged in an ongoing intelligence war with the occupation that will end only when the occupation and its presence in Palestine are uprooted.
