المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور الوقف في الإسلام في المجال الصحي، حيث تناولت الدراسة مفهوم الوقف والصحة، من خلال استعراض دور الوقف في مجال الصحة، وبيان مصارف الوقف الصحي، وإسهامه في المجال الطبي عبر التاريخ الإسلامي، ثم بيان دور المؤسسات الوقفية في حفظ الصحة في التطبيق المعاصر، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي في بيان دور الوقف في المجال الصحي في التاريخ الإسلامي، كذلك المنهج الوصفي من خلال العرض لمؤسسات الوقف ودورها في حفظ الصحة في التطبيق المعاصر. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن أثار الوقف العلمية والحضارية مكنت أفراد المجتمع من الانخراط في التعليم وإظهار المواهب والإبداعات العلمية التي شهدتها الحضارة الإسلامية، وقد ساهم الوقف بالإنتاج العلمي وتمويل الدراسات البحثية في مختلف العلوم الطبية، وعلى سبيل المثال فقد ساهم مستشفى المقاصد الخيرية في مكافحة الفقر والقضاء على البطالة ولو نسبيا، وقد تمكن نظام الوقف الصحي في مستشفى المقاصد الخيرية من تطبيق مبدأ التكافل الاجتماعي، وشيوع روح التعاون والتراحم بين أفراد المجتمع. وطرح التوصيات اللازمة لإحياء السنة الوقفية والحظ عليها.

This study aimed to clarify the role of the endowment in Islam in the health field, as the study dealt with the concept of endowment and health, and the banks of the health endowment, then review the role of the endowment in the field of health, and its contribution to the medical field throughout Islamic history, and then explain the role of endowment institutions in preserving health in the field of health. Contemporary application, and the study relied on the historical method in explaining the role of the endowment in the health field in Islamic history, as well as the descriptive approach through the presentation of endowment institutions and their role in preserving health in contemporary application. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: The scientific and civilized effects of the endowment enabled the members of society to engage in education and to demonstrate the scientific talents and innovations witnessed by Islamic civilization. The endowment has contributed to scientific production and funding of research studies in various medical sciences. in the fight against poverty and the elimination of unemployment, albeit relatively. The health endowment system at Al-Makassed Charitable Hospital has been able to implement the principle of social solidarity, spread the spirit of cooperation and compassion among members of society, and put forward the necessary recommendations to revive the endowment Sunnah and be blessed with it.
