المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تحليلية لعمليات التشغيل الداخلية والكفاءة التشغيلية بالمنشآت الترويحية بمحافظة الجيزة من خلال المحاور التالية: الإعداد والتحضير لعمليات التشغيل الداخلي بالمنشآت الترويحية -تنفيذ عمليات التشغيل الداخلية بالمنشآت الترويحية متابعة -ورقابة عمليات التشغيل الداخلية بالمنشآت الترويحية -الكفاءة التشغيلية للمنشآت الترويحية. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي حيث يقوم هذا المنهج بدراسة متغيرات البحث كما هي لدى أفراد العينة ودراسة الظاهرة كما توجد في الواقع بوصفها وصفا دقيقا والتعبير عنها كميا وكيفيا. وتمثل مجتمع البحث في جميع العاملين بالمنشآت الترويحية بحيث يمثلون كافة مختلف المستويات الإدارية العاملة بالمنشأة الترويحية (الإدارة العليا -الإدارة التنفيذية –الإدارة التشغيلية). قام الباحثون باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية بلغ حجم العينة الأساسية (65) قيادة إدارية من كافة المستويات الإدارية الثلاثة (الإدارة العليا -الإدارة التنفيذية –الإدارة التشغيلية) بمحافظة الجيزة بالمرحلة المتوسطة، وكما تضم العينة الاستطلاعية (20) قيادة إدارية من العاملين بالمنشآت الترويحية بمحافظة الجيزة من خارج العينة الأساسية. انطلاقا من نتائج هذا البحث وفي ضوء المنهج المستخدم وفى حدود العينة وأدوات جمع البيانات توصل الباحثون إلى العديد من الاستنتاجات الخاص بعمليات التشغيل والكفاءة التشغيلية بالمنشآت الترويحية بمحافظة الجيزة في ضوء المحاور الأربعة المشار إليها بعالية.

The research aims at an analytical study of the internal operations of the internal operations and the operational efficiency of the recreational facilities in Giza Governorate through the following axes: the preparation and preparation of the internal operations of the recreational facilities - the implementation of the internal operations of the recreational facilities - the follow-up and control of the internal operations of the recreational facilities - the operational efficiency of the recreational facilities. The researchers used the descriptive approach, whereby this approach studies the research variables as they are among the sample members and studies the phenomenon as it exists in reality as an accurate description and expresses it quantitatively and qualitatively. The research community is represented in all the employees of the recreational facilities so that they represent all the different administrative levels working in the recreational facility (the top management - the executive management - the operational management). The researchers chose the research sample in a random way. The size of the basic sample was (65) administrative leadership from all three administrative levels (the top management - the executive management - the operational management) in Giza governorate in the middle stage, and the exploratory sample also includes (20) administrative leadership from workers in recreational facilities in the governorate Giza from outside the main sample Based on the results of this research and in the light of the method used and within the limits of the sample and data collection tools, the researchers reached many conclusions related to operations and operational efficiency in recreational facilities in Giza Governorate in light of the four axes referred to above
