|a تناولت هذه الدراسة تأثير الملكية على الإنتاج الزراعي في منطقة المرج، لعام 2021م وبعد طرح تساؤلات الدراسة، وتحديد الأهداف التي سعت الدراسة للوصول إليها، توصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد نوع الملكية السائد في منطقة الدراسة وهو حق الانتفاع، كما تناولت الدراسة تأثير الورثة على الإنتاج الزراعي عبر تباين آراء الورثة، حيث بلغت نسبة تأثير الورثة على الإنتاج الزراعي 68.8 %، وعند أجراء المقابلات مع عينة من المزارعين بمنطقة الدراسة، توصلنا أن للملكية القبلية للأراضي الزراعية تأثير على الإنتاج الزراعي، حيث يؤكد المزارعون في منطقة الدراسة أن هناك العديد من المزارع تم إيقافها عن الحرث وتعطل الإنتاج بها بعد عام 2011م بسبب النزاع على الأراضي القائم بمنطقة الدراسة، حيث وصلت عام 2016م إلى أكثر من 160 مزرعة تم إيقافها.
