المستخلص: وفقا لنظرية مثلث الحب (Triangul love theory) ل (Sternberg- 2004) يفهم الحب في ثلاثة أبعاد تشكل رؤوس المثلث، وتلك الأبعاد تتمثل في الألفة (العلاقة الحميمة) والشغف (العاطفة) والقرار/ التزام)، حيث تم قياسها كمفهوم نظري بارز في البحث التجريبي عن الحب، غير أن الدراسات الحديثة وعلى سبيل الحصر دراسة (Karandashev& Evans, 2019) التي قدمت بناءا نظريا أشار إلى وجود أربعة أبعاد رئيسة للحب من خلال دراسته على عينة كانت أكثر من (١١٠٠٠) مشارك في (٢٥) دولة لتأكيد الثوابت التكوينة والعالمية الثقافية لهذا البناء النظري، وبناءا على ما ذكر في الأدبيات التي تناولت هذا المفهوم جاء هذا البحث كمحاولة علمية لقياس أبعاد الحب لدى أساتذة الجامعة وعلاقتها بالخوف من التقييم الاجتماعي، إذ طبق هذا البحث على عينة بلغ عدد أفرادها (400) من أساتذة الجامعة اختيروا بالأسلوب العشوائي المتناسب، ولقياس هذا المفهوم تم اعتماد مقياس (Karandashev& Evans, 2019) المكون من (40) فقرة، وأصبح بصورته النهائية مكون من (٣٤) فقرة، وبناء مقياسا لقياس الخوف من التقييم الاجتماعي تكون بصورته النهائية من (٢٠) فقرة وبعد استخراج مؤشرات الصدق والثبات للمقياسين؛ أشارت نتائج البحث الرئيسة إلى أن أستاذة الجامعة يتمتعون بأبعاد الحب الأربعة وبدلالة إحصائية، وأن هناك فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بعض الأبعاد وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية، وان أساتذة الجامعة ليس لديهم خوف من التقييم الاجتماعي، مع وجود فرق في هذا الخوف ولصالح الإناث، وأختتم البحث ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات.

According to the theory of Triangul love (2004-Sternberg), love is understood in three dimensions that form the vertices of the triangle, and these dimensions are intimacy (intimacy), passion (emotion) and decision / commitment, which were measured as a prominent theoretical concept In the experimental research on love, however, recent studies, and exclusively Evans (2019) & Karandashev study, which provided a theoretical construction indicated the existence of four main dimensions of love by studying it on a sample of more than (11,000) Participant in (25) countries to confirm the structural and universal cultural constants of this theoretical structure, and based on what was mentioned in the literature that dealt with this concept, this research came as a scientific attempt to measure the dimensions of love among university professors and their relationship to fear of social evaluation, as this research was applied to a sample of the number of its members (400) university professors were chosen by random proportional method, and to measure this concept, the Evans, 2019 (& Karandashev) scale was adopted, consisting of (40) items, and it became in its final form It consists of (34) items, and builds a scale to measure fear of social evaluation, which in its final form consists of (20) items, and after extracting the indicators of validity and reliability for the two scales; The main results of the research indicated that university professors enjoy the four dimensions of love and statistical significance, and that there is a statistically significant difference in some dimensions according to the variable of social status, and that university professors have no fear of social evaluation, with a difference in this fear in favor of females, and the research was concluded Some recommendations and suggestions.
