المستخلص: أهداف الدراسة: بيان مفهوم بناء الوعي الفكري واتجاهاته وأهميته، والتعريف بمركز الحرب الفكرية بوزارة الدفاع وأهدافه. وتحليل اتجاهات بناء الوعي الفكري في مواجهة التطرف والإرهاب بمركز الحرب الفكرية. والكشف عن خصائص ووسائل بناء الوعي الفكري في مركز الحرب الفكرية. والكشف عن مصادر الاستدلال لبناء الوعي الفكري في مواجهة التطرف والإرهاب بمركز الحرب الفكرية. منهج الدراسة: المنهج التحليلي (تحليل المحتوى). نتائج الدراسة: أن بناء الوعي الفكري هو العملية الفكرية المنظمة والمتسلسلة في نشر الوعي من خلال عدة اتجاهات. وأن الوعي الفكري يؤدي إلى نتيجة محققة وهي الوصول إلى الأمن الوطني والأمن الفكري. أن (70) تغريدة، كانت ضمن اتجاه بناء الوعي الفكري للتمسك بالعقيدة والقيم والحقوق الإنسانية، وهذا ما يشكل نسبة 11.2 % من إجمالي تغريدات عينة الدراسة البالغة (624) تغريدة. وأن (328) تغريدة كانت ضمن اتجاه بناء الوعي الفكري في التحذير من الكيانات المتطرفة والإرهابية وبيان سماتهم وطرقهم، وقد جاءت في المرتبة الأولى، وهذا ما يشكل نسبة 52.6 % من إجمالي تغريدات عينة الدراسة البالغة (624) تغريدة. وأن (522) تغريدة احتوت على الخصائص الوقائية لبناء الوعي الفكري، وهذا ما يشكل نسبة 83.7 %. و (51) تغريدة احتوت على الخصائص العلاجية لبناء الوعي الفكري. وأن الغالبية العظمى من التغريدات جاءت بدون مصادر للاستدلال، وقد شكلت ما نسبته 81.3 % من إجمالي تغريدات عينة الدراسة، جاءت بعد ذلك التغريدات التي اعتمدت في مصادر الاستدلال على الأدلة النقلية والعقلية، وقد شكلت ما نسبته 15.7 %، وأخيرا جاءت التغريدات التي اعتمدت في مصادر الاستدلال على الأدلة النظامية والقانونية، وقد شكلت ما نسبته 3 %، من إجمالي تغريدات عينة الدراسة البالغة (624) تغريدة. التوصيات: وضع استراتيجيات خاصة ببناء الوعي الفكري، تسير وفق مراحل علمية وفكرية تناسب المرحلة والفئة المستهدفة والتمايز بينها. وضع منهجية خاصة لمحتوى التغريدات، بحيث تشمل مجالات خاصة وتحتها مواضيع تتعلق بكل مجال. التعريف بالجماعات والكيانات المتطرفة ونشأتها ومراحلها وبمؤسسيها، وطرقهم وأساليبهم بشكل واضح. محاولة استقطاب المتخصصين في الأمن الفكري بالجامعات وفي الجهات الأمنية، ولو على سبيل المجلس الاستشاري، ويتكون من عضوية تلك الجهات. عقد اللقاءات العلمية والندوات والمؤتمرات لمواجهة خطر الأفكار المتطرفة والإرهابية. محاولة استكتاب الجهات والأفراد المتخصصين بمواضيع مناسبة تتماشى مع المرحلة والظروف المعاصرة. يأمل الباحث أن يكون هناك تفاعل بين مركز الحرب الفكرية ومؤسسات المجتمع فيما يتعلق بتحصين المجتمع في مواجهة التطرف والإرهاب. من المهم تفعيل دور مركز الحرب الفكرية إعلاميا، ونشر أهدافه وتغريداته ليستفيد المجتمع منه. دراسة النص المرسل ومراعاة شروطه من حيث سلامة اللغة وحسن الوصف، وجمال أسلوبه ومناسبته والتدرج فيه. العناية بحسن اختيار الاستدلالات والشواهد والصور الذهنية. إخراج نماذج تائبة من أصحاب الكيانات المتطرفة أو الإرهابية ولمراجعاتهم الفكرية.

Clarifying the concept of intellectual awareness-building, its trends and significance, as well as introducing the Intellectual War Center at the Ministry of Defense and its objectives. In addition to the analysis of trends in intellectual awareness-building in the face of extremism and terrorism at the Intellectual War Center. Besides revealing the characteristics and means of the intellectual awareness-building at the Intellectual War Center. And revealing the sources of reasoning to build intellectual awareness in the face of extremism and terrorism at the Intellectual War Center. Thesis Methodology: the Analytical method (content analysis). The results of the thesis: that the intellectual awareness-building is the organized and sequential intellectual process in spreading the awareness through several directions. And that the intellectual awareness leads to an achieved result, which is reaching the national security and intellectual security. Only (70) tweets were within the trend of intellectual awareness building to adhere to faith, values and human rights, and this constitutes % 11.2 of the total (624) tweets of the thesis sample. As well that (328) tweets were within the trend of the intellectual awareness-building in warning against extremist and terrorist entities and explaining their characteristics and methods, and these 328 came first, and this constitutes % 52.6 of the total (624) tweets of the thesis sample. And hat (522) tweets contained the protective characteristics of intellectual awareness-building, which constitutes % 83.7. And (51) tweets that contained healing characteristics for the intellectual awareness-building. The vast majority of the tweets came without sources of reasoning, which constituted % 81.3 of the total tweets of the thesis sample. Then the tweets that depended on the sources of inference on the written and intellectual pieces of evidence came and constituted % 15.7, and finally, the tweets that depended on the sources of inference came on the Systematic and legal pieces of evidence constituted only % 3 of the total (624) tweets of the thesis sample.

Recommendations: Developing the strategies for the intellectual awareness building, proceeding according to the scientific and intellectual stages that fit the stage and target group and the differentiation between them. Developing a special methodology for the content of tweets; to include special areas with topics related to each field. Defining the extremist groups and entities, their origins, stages, founders, and their methods and ways clearly. Attempting to attract specialists in intellectual security in universities and security authorities, even as an advisory board, which is made up of the membership of those bodies. Holding scientific meetings, seminars and conferences to confront the danger of extremist and terrorist ideas. Attempting to write to the entities and individuals specialized in the appropriate topics in line with the contemporary stage and conditions. The researcher hopes that there will be interaction between the intellectual war center and the institutions of society with regard to immunizing the society in the face of extremism and terrorism. It is significant to activate the role of the Intellectual War Center in the media, and to publish its goals and tweets so that society can benefit from it. Studying the sent text and observing its conditions in terms of integrity of language, good description, beauty of style, appropriateness and gradualness in it. Careful selection of reasoning, evidence and mental images. To produce repentant models from the owners of extremist or terrorist entities and for their intellectual reviews.
