المستخلص: تكمن أهمية الدراسة في محاولة الكشف عن الدور الذي تؤديه الفرق المسرحية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في التمكين الاجتماعي، ورصد آليات التمكين المستخدمة مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في هذه الفرق، وسعت الدراسة للإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: - ما صور مشاركة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الفرق المسرحية؟ - ما أسباب مشاركة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الفرق المسرحية؟ - ما آليات التمكين المستخدمة في فرق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؟ تنتمي الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، وتعتمد على منهج المسح بالعينة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التحليلي لتحليل نماذج مختارة من العروض المسرحية المقدمة من خلال الفرق المسرحية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها: - تمثلت أهم الآليات التي اعتمدت عليها فرق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لتحقيق التمكين في: بناء القدرات والوعي بالذات، وبناء قاعدة معرفية تلقي الضوء -من خلالها -على احتياجاتهم والمشكلات التي تواجههم، ومحاولة بناء الاتجاهات الإيجابية على مستوى أفراد هذه الفئات وأسرهم، وعلى مستوى المجتمع. - تسهم مشاركة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في أنشطة الفرق المسرحية في تحقيق التمكين على المستوى الذاتي والمستوي المجتمعي. - تمثلت أهم القضايا التي قدمت في العروض المسرحية -عينة الدراسة -في النظرة القاصرة من قبل المجتمع لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة واحترام قدرات ومواهب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة واستغلال قضية الإعاقة وتوظيف ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

The importance of the study lies in an attempt to reveal the role played by theatrical groups for people with special needs in social empowerment, and to monitor the empowerment mechanisms used with people with special needs in these groups. The study sought to answer the following questions: - What are the pictures of the participation of people with special needs in theatrical groups? - What are the reasons for the participation of people with special needs in theater groups? - What are the empowerment mechanisms used in teams with special needs? The study belongs to the descriptive studies, and depends on the sample survey method. The researcher used the analytical method to analyze selected models of theatrical performances presented by theater groups for people with special needs. The study reached several results, including: - The most important mechanisms that the teams of people with special needs relied on to achieve empowerment were capacity-building, self-awareness and building a knowledge base through which to shed light on their needs and problems facing them, and trying to build positive trends at the level of members of these groups and their families and at the level of society. - The participation of people with special needs in theatrical group activities contributes to achieving empowerment at the self and societal level. - The most important issues presented in theatrical performances, the study sample, were the short view of society for people with special needs, respect for the abilities and talents of people with special needs, education for people with special needs, exploitation of the issue of disability, and employment of people with special needs.
