أدى انتشار تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في كافة المجالات إلى تأثير واضح في حياة البشرية من خلال الاعتماد على تلك التطبيقات. مما نتج عنه ظهور العديد من جرائم الذكاء الاصطناعي، لذا كان لزاما من إلقاء الضوء على المسئولية الجنائية الناشئة عن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي وهل يمكن مساواة الاله التي تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي بالإنسان في الحقوق والواجبات؟؟ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال التطرق إلى التعرف بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومجالاته ومميزاته وتسليط الضوء على ما تناوله القانون الجنائي للمسؤولية الجنائية لتلك التطبيقات من حيث القواعد القانونية المقترحة والعقوبات المناسبة، وخلص البحث إلى أن معظم دول العالم تتسارع لإدخال كافه أنظمه الذكاء الاصطناعي في العديد من المجالات، وان التطور الهائل في تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي أتاح الفرصة إلى التفكير واتخاذ القرارات وتنفيذها ذاتيا مما أدي إلي صعوبة أسناد المسؤولية الجنائية الناتجة عن الجرائم الناشئة عن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ضرورة سن تشريعات تنظم العمل بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي نظرا لعدم وجود تشريعات كافية قادرة على وضع اطار قانوني للمسؤولية الجنائية الناشئة عن جرائم تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
