المستخلص: من أهداف البحث: جمع المواضع التي أعمل فيها المفسر قاعدة: التأسيس أولى من التوكيد، في تفسيره: (أضواء البيان)، والوقوف على صيغها وشروط إعمالها وتطبيقاتها عنده، دراسة منهجه في تطبيقها، وتجلية أثر تطبيق هذه القاعدة على تفسير الآيات محل البحث. وقد أتبعت في هذا البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي التطبيقي، من خلال: استقراء المواضع، وجمع الآيات، ثم الدراسة التطبيقية من خلال: ذكر الآية، ومحل الشاهد، ونص المفسر، وتحليل النص، وبيان أثر تطبيق القاعدة على تفسير الآية، ثم عزو الآيات، وتخريج الأحاديث، وعزو الأقوال، وترجمة الأعلام غير المشهورين. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها:- ثبات منهج المفسر في تنزيل وإعمال القواعد التفسيرية والترجيحية، ومنها قاعدة: التأسيس أولى من التوكيد، مما ينمي لدى القارئ الملكة الأصولية في إعمال القواعد تفسيرا وترجيحا. - أنتظم منهجه في تطبيق القاعدة على الآيات في التالي: اعتناؤه بتفسير القرآن بالقرآن، وتفنيد الخلاف، ونسبة الأقوال، والترجيح بالدليل والتعليل، بالقرائن اللفظية والمعنوية وغيرها، مع التنصيص على القاعدة الأصولية في التفسير والترجيح.- أسفر البحث- على صغره- عن فوائد عميقة ومتشعبة تبرز الأثر التفسيري لتطبيق هذه القاعدة من حيث تعدد صيغها وتطبيقاتها في التمييز الدقيق بين المعاني، وتعيين المبهم وقوة الترجيح، وعدم التعارض، وفي اللغة، والأساليب القرآنية كالتنبيه والاستفهام والوعيد وغيرها، وفي أعمال القلوب، وكله يصب في أتساع المعاني التفسيرية وشمولها، وإضافة معنى جديد في الآية أو أكثر. ومن أهم التوصيات إفراد القواعد التفسيرية والترجيحية بالدراسة عند طائفة من المفسرين الذين عنوا بالتقعيد في التفسير، سواء كانت تطبيقاتهم للتقعيد تصريحا بنص القاعدة أو عملا بها في كتبهم تفسيرا وترجيحا.

Collecting the places in which the interpreter worked as a rule: foundation is more important than emphasizing, in his interpretation: (Adwaa al-Bayan), and to identify its formulas, conditions of its implementation and its applications. -Studying his methodology in applying it, and clarifying the effect of applying this rule on the interpretation of the verses in question. Research Methodology: The applied descriptive inductive approach, through: extrapolating the positions, collecting the verses, then the applied study through: mentioning the verse, the place of the witness, the text of the interpreter, analyzing the text, explaining the impact of applying the rule on the interpretation of the verse, then attributing the verses, extracting the hadiths, and attributing the sayings, And the translation of non-famous flags. Results:- The stability of the interpreter’s approach in downloading and implementing the explanatory and preponderant rules, including the rule: foundation is more important than confirmation, which develops in the reader the fundamentalist faculty in implementing the rules of interpretation and weighting. His method of applying the rule to the verses is organized as follows: His interest in interpreting the Qur’an with the Qur’an, refuting the disagreement, attributing sayings, and weighing with evidence and reasoning, with verbal and moral clues and others, with a quotation on the fundamentalist rule in interpretation and weighting. The research, even though it was small, yielded deep and manifold benefits that highlight the explanatory effect of applying this rule in terms of:The multiplicity of its formulas and applications in the precise distinction between meanings, the identification of the ambiguous, the force of weighting, the lack of contradiction, in the language, the Qur’anic methods such as the warning, the question, the warning, and others, and in the actions of the hearts. Summary of recommendations:Individualization of the explanatory and preponderant rules by study with a group of exegetes who were concerned with the interpretation of the interpretation, whether their applications of the interpretation were a statement of the text of the rule or a work of it in their books as interpretation and weighting.
