|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف على حجم جرائم المرأة وكذلك التعرف على أنواع الجرائم التي ارتكبتها النساء في محافظة سوهاج طبقا لعام ٢٠١٩، والتعرف على خصائص عينة الدراسة وسماتهن ومدى ارتباط تلك الخصائص والسمات الشخصية في ميلهن للانحراف وارتكاب الجريمة. وهدفت أيضا الوقوف على العوامل الاجتماعية التي أدت إلى ارتكاب الجريمة والتي تتمثل في الأسرة، السكن، جماعة الأصدقاء أو الرفاق. والكشف عن العوامل الاقتصادية المؤدية إلى إجرام المرأة، ويعد هذا البحث بمثابة بحث وصفى اعتمد على أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي الشامل، وقد تمكنت الباحثة بدراسة ٣٦ حالة إجرام، واعتمد البحث على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات التي يتطلبها البحث، كما اعتمد البحث على المقابلة والملاحظة بالمشاركة، وقد كشفت النتائج عن أن الفئة العمرية التي تقع من (20- 40) سنة هي أكثر الفئات إجراما، وتبين تعدد مظاهر التفكك الأسرى والتي تتمثل في الطلاق يليه المرض المزمن ثم انشغال الوالدين في العمل، والعلاقة بين أفراد الأسرة علاقة مفككة، كما تبين عدم تماسك وارتباط الأسرة بعضها ببعض.
|b The study aimed to identify the extent of women’s crimes, as well as to identify the types of crimes committed by women in Sohag governorate according to the year 2019. And to identify the characteristics and characteristics of the study sample and the extent to which these characteristics and personal characteristics are related to their tendency to deviate and commit crime. It also aimed to identify the social factors that led to the commission of crime. Crime, which is represented in the family, housing, a group of friends or comrades. And the detection of the economic factors that lead to women's crime. This research is a descriptive research that relied on the comprehensive social survey method. The researcher was able to study 36 cases of crime, and the research relied on the questionnaire as a main tool. To collect the data required by the research, the research also relied on the interview and observation by participation, and the results revealed that the age group that falls from (20-40) years is the most criminal group, and it shows the multiplicity of manifestations of family disintegration, which is represented in divorce following chronic illness and then parents’ preoccupation At work, the relationship between family members is a loose one, as it turns out the lack of cohesion and family bonding with each other.
