المستخلص: تعلب الصناعات الإنشائية دورا كبيرا في التنمية الصناعية وتحقيق الرفاهية للمواطن من خلال الزيادة في الناتج القومي الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى زيادة دخل الفرد، أصبح من الضروري الاهتمام بالصناعات الإنشائية (صناعة الحصى والرمل) وذلك باعتبارها الركيزة الأساسية التي تعتمد عليها اغلب الصناعات الأخرى والتي تتمثل بمعامل الأسفلت والبلوك وهي التي تمثل العمود الفقري لتطور المجتمعات، يزداد الطلب على صناعة الحصى والرمل في المراحل الأولى من عملية التنمية الصناعية في منطقة الدراسة والتي تتمثل بالبنى التحتية والتي تتطلب كميات كبيرة من الحصى والرمل، كما انهها تسهم في تكوين راس المال في المجتمع ترتبط صناعة الحصى والرمل بحياة السكان وذلك بشكل مباشر من خلال دورها الرئيسي الذي يسمح بالتوسع العمراني وتلبية احتياجات السكان والمؤسسات الحكومية، نجد أن معامل صناعة الحصى والرمل تتركز على ضفاف نهر دجلة في الجانب الشرقي والغربي من منطقة الدراسة، أن اغلب الإنتاج يستخدم محليا بسبب كثرة الطلب على صناعة الحصى والرمل بسبب ما يشهد قضاء الشرقاط من أعمار كبير بعد أحداث عام ٢٠١٤، كما أن معامل الحصى والرمل تستقطب عدد كبير من الأيدي العاملة سواء كان على مستوى معامل صناعة الحصى والرمل أو المعامل الأخرى التي تدخل فيها صناعة الحصى والرمل مثل معامل البلوك والكاشي وصب الخرسانة، تختلف كميات انتتاج معامل الحصى والرمل من مكان إلى أخر داخل قضاء الشرقاط حيث تتركز اغلب المعامل في مركز قضاء الشرقاط بسبب الكثافة السكانية العالية والطلب على الحصى والرمل من قبل الشركات المنفذة لمشاريع البنى التحتية داخل مركز قضاء الشرقاط تعاني صناعة الحصى والرمل من العديد من المشاكل ابرزها عدم توفر مصادر الطاقة وارتفاع أسعار الوقود المستخدمة في عملية الإنتاج.

The construction industries play a major role in industrial development and achieving the welfare of the citizen through the increase in the national product, which leads to an increase in per capita income. It has become necessary to pay attention to the construction industries (gravel and sand industry), as they are the main pillar on which most other industries depend, which is represented by the asphalt plants. And the block, which represents the backbone of the development of societies, the demand for the gravel and sand industry increases in the early stages of the industrial development process in the study area, which is represented by the infrastructure, which requires large quantities of gravel and sand, and it also contributes to the formation of capital in the community. The gravel and sand industry is linked The lives of the population, directly through its main role, which allows urban expansion and meets the needs of the population and government institutions. We find that the factories of the gravel and sand industry are concentrated on the banks of the Tigris River in the eastern and western side of the study area. Most of the production is used locally due to the large demand for the manufacture of gravel and sand Because of the great reconstruction that the Sharqat district is witnessing after the events of 2014, and the gravel and sand factories attract a large number of tourists Whether it is at the level of factories for the manufacture of gravel and sand or other laboratories in which the manufacture of gravel and sand is involved, such as the factories of block, kashi and concrete pouring, the production quantities of gravel and sand factories vary from one place to another within the district of Shirqat, where most of the factories are concentrated in the center of the district of Shirqat due to the population density The high demand for gravel and sand by the companies executing infrastructure projects inside the center of Al-Sharqat district. The gravel and sand industry suffers from many problems, most notably the lack of energy sources and the high prices of fuel used in the production process.
