|a إن انتباه الحركة الصهيونية العالمية وإسرائيل إلى أهمية الدول النامية لم يستثن دول أمريكا اللاتينية، والعمل على التسلل إلى تلك القارة البعيدة، وتوثيق العلاقات معها، وكسبها إلى جانبها على الرغم من بعدها عن منطقة الشرق الأوسط؛ وعليه تشكل أمريكا اللاتينية من وجهة نظر الصهيونية وإسرائيل منطقة بالغة الأهمية، لذا نسقت إسرائيل مع الحركة الصهيونية الخطوات المشتركة والعمل على توزيع الأدوار، على أن تتولى الحكومة الإسرائيلية بموجبه مهمة تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية وتوطيدها مع الأسرة الدولية على المستوى الرسمي من خلال القنوات الدبلوماسية فيما تقوم المنظمة الصهيونية العالمية من خلال هيئاتها ومنظماتها ووكالاتها وشبكات مبعوثيها، بدور لا يقل أهمية عن الدور الحكومي الإسرائيلي، وقد يزيد خطورة حيال الشعوب الأجنبية؛ وذلك بالعمل على تهجير أكبر عدد ممكن من يهود العالم إلى إسرائيل وتوطينهم فيها، فضلا عن كسب عطف الجاليات اليهودية. وقد تنبهت الدبلوماسية المصرية إلى خطورة هذا الوضع، وإلى حقيقة أهداف إسرائيل والصهيونية العالمية في أمريكا اللاتينية، وعملت جاهدة من أجل موازنة الصراع مع إسرائيل -دبلوماسيا على الأقل- في أمريكا اللاتينية، وحاولت قدر طاقتها الوقوف على أوجه النشاط الصهيوني الإسرائيلي هناك، ووضع الخطط لمواجهة الدعاية الصهيونية، وإظهار حقيقة الصراع في الشرق الأوسط، والعمل على مد جسور الصداقة والتعاون مع الجمهوريات اللاتينية؛ نظرا لأهميتها في المحافل الدولية، وعدم ترك الساحة اللاتينية لإسرائيل تعبث بها كيفما شاءت من خلال التركيز على وحدة الهدف والمصير. ونتيجة للبعد الجغرافي، فقد كانت المنتديات العالمية، مثل الأمم المتحدة والدبلوماسية، هي مجالات التلاقي والاهتمام بين الطرفين.
|b The attention of the World Zionist Movement and Israel to the importance of developing countries did not exclude the Latin American States, and they started to penetrate that distant continent, foster mutual relations and gain its support, despite its far distance from the Middle East region. Hence, Latin America has become a very important region from a Zionist and Israeli point of view. Therefore, Israel coordinated mutual steps with the World Zionist Movement and has distributed the roles between them, So that the Israeli government can carry on the mission of fostering bilateral relationships with the International family on an official level through the diplomatic channels, as the case in international relations. The role played by the World Zionist Organization is an important as that of the Israeli government, but it may even more dangerous to the foreign peoples. Through its organizations, corporations, agencies, and correspondence networks, the World Zionist Organization strives to help the largest possible number of Jews worldwide to migrate to Israel and settle there. This is in addition to gaining the sympathy of the Jewish communities. The Egyptian diplomacy has been aware of the dangerous effect of this situation and of the True motives of Israel and Zionism in Latin America. It works hard to reach an equilibrium balance with respect to the issue of the conflict- at least diplomatically- with Israel in Latin America. It strives to learn about the versatile Zionist Israeli activities there, sets plans to encounter the Zionist propaganda, and reveals the reality of conflict in the Middle East. It tries to form friendship and cooperation ties with the Latin Republics owing to their arena in the international forums. It does not want to leave this Latin arena to Israel to Act freely in it as it wishes. This could be attained through focusing on the unity of aim and destiny. Due to Geographic distance, the International and Diplomatic forums, such as the United Nations, constitute a common ground that interests both parties.
