المستخلص: إن القرآن العظيم هو كتاب الله الخالد الذي لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه تنزيل من حكيم حميد، وهو الكنز الزاخر، والبحر الوافر، الذي لا تنقضي عجائبه، ولا يخلق على كثرة الرد، أنزله ربنا بلسان عربي مبين، في أعلى درجات الفصاحة، وأسمى آيات البيان، وأرفع منازل البلاغة، تحدى الله به أئمة اللغة، وأساطين البيان، على مر العصور والأزمان، تحداهم أن يأتوا ولو بمثل أقصر سورة فعجزوا، ومن الحقائق الثابتة أن اللغة العربية التي هي لغة القرآن تعد أهم وسيلة من وسائل التواصل بين بني العرب، وهي لغة متنوعة الأساليب، متعددة الأفانين، ومن أبرز أساليبها أسلوب القسم الذي تميز به الذكر الحكيم نظرا لكونه طريقا من أبلغ طرق توكيد الكلام، وإبراز روعته، وإظهار بلاغته، وجمال مقاصده على النحو الذي يريده المتكلم، من دفع إنكار المنكرين، أو إزالة شك الشاكين، وجاءت هذه الدراسة رغبة مني في أن أنال شيئا من شرف المساهمة في الكشف عن جمال أسلوب من أهم أساليب القرآن الكريم، وأيضا محاولة مني في حل بعض الإشكاليات المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع، مثل الكلام عن وجه الحاجة إلى القسم منه سبحانه، وهو الغني عن ذلك ولماذا أقسم الله ببعض مخلوقاته مع أن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قد نهى عن ذلك، إلى غير ذلك من المسائل، ونتج من الدراسة أن القسم أسلوب بليغ من أعظم أساليب القرآن بلاغة، وروعة وبيان، وأن القسم في القرآن له أهداف ومقاصد كلفت الأنظار إلى عظمة المخلوقات توصلا إلى عظمة من خلقها، وقد يكون الغرض من القسم بث الهيبة والرهبة في نفوس المخاطبين، ومن البحث أيضا يتبين لنا ضرورة الاهتمام بدراسة مزيد من أساليب القرآن، ويوصي البحث بمواصلة دراسة مثل هذه الموضوعات؛ لأن هذه الدراسات اللغوية ذات الصلة الوثيقة بالقرآن لها دور عظيم في الرد على المستشرقين وغيرهم.

The Great Qur'an is the eternal Book of God, to whom falsehood does not come from before it or behind it, a revelation from the Wise, Praised, and it is the abundant treasure, and the abundant sea, whose wonders do not end, nor is it created by the abundance of reply, revealed by our Lord in a clear Arabic tongue, in the highest levels of eloquence. And the highest verses of the statement, and the highest levels of rhetoric, God challenged with it the imams of the language, and the masters of the statement, throughout the ages and times. The Arabs, a language of various styles, Its methods are multiple, and one of its most prominent methods is the swearing style that is distinguished by the Holy Qur’an due to its being one of the most eloquent ways of emphasizing speech, highlighting its splendor, showing its eloquence, and the beauty of its intentions as desired by the speaker, from repelling the denial of the deniers, or removing doubts from the complainants, and this study came It is my desire to obtain something of the honor of participating in revealing the beauty of one of the most important methods of the Holy Qur'an, and also an attempt by me to solve some of the problems related to this subject, such as speaking about the need to swear by Him, Glory be to Him, who is beyond need, And why did God swear by some of his creatures even though the Messenger of God - may God's prayers and peace be upon him - forbade that, to other issues, and it emerged from the study that the oath is an eloquent method of the greatest eloquence, splendor and eloquence of the Qur'an, and that swearing in the Qur'an has goals and objectives that were commissioned Attention to the greatness of creatures reached the greatness of their creation, and the purpose of the oath may be to spread awe and fear in the hearts of the addressees, and from the research also it becomes clear to us the need to pay attention to studying more methods of the Qur'an, and the research recommends continuing the study of such topics; Because these linguistic studies closely related to the Qur'an have a great role in responding to orientalists and others.
