المستخلص: Some developing countries (DCs) seem to be excluded from the process of integration of the world economy through foreign direct investment (FDI). Characterised by insufficient domestic savings in relation to their investment needs (current account deficit), recourse to external sources of financing is indispensable. Many countries (including Algeria) have opted for a liberalization of regulations and the implementation of an investment policy in order to guarantee the attractiveness of foreign investments.

Certains pays en voie de développement (P.V.D) semblent être exclus du processus d’intégration de l’économie mondiale véhiculé par les investissements directs étrangers (IDE). Caractérisé par une épargne domestique insuffisante par rapport à leurs besoins en investissements (déficit de leur balance courante), le recours aux sources de financement externes est indispensable. De nombreux pays (dont l'Algérie) ont opté pour une libéralisation de la réglementation et une mise en place d’une politique d’investissement afin de garantir l’attractivité des investissements étrangers.
