المستخلص: نشهد اليوم إرادة سياسية للتصنيف وتثمين التراث المعماري بالجزائر، انعكست في قرارات الدولة الجزائرية، التي أوجدت بدورها مجموعة من النظم القانونية والأدوات المؤسسية، التشريعية والتنظيمية التي تساهم في تطوير هذا التراث وصناعته، يشار إليها بالتتريث من خلال هذه الدراسة، سنسلط الضوء على سياسة الجزائر في الحفاظ على التراث وتثمينه، من خلال دراسة إدارة التراث على المستوى القانوني والتطبيقي وكذلك القراءة التسلسلية لسياسة المحافظة على التراث في الجزائر.

Today, a political will to preserve and enhance the Algerian heritage, which is reflected in the decisions of the State. This create legal mechanisms, instruments and institutional, conventional, legislative and regulatory tools that contribute to the enhancement of heritage. An heritage production that will be referred to a heritage action. Through this study, we are going to highlight the Algerian policy in the preservation and enhancement of heritage, through a study of the management of heritage on the legal and operational level as well as the chronological reading of the heritage policy in Algeria.

On assiste aujourd’hui, à une volonté politique de préservation et de mise en valeur du patrimoine Algérien qui se traduit par des décisions de l'Etat. Ces dernières suscitent des dispositifs juridiques, des instruments et des outils institutionnels, conventionnels, législatifs et règlementaires qui contribuent à la valorisation du patrimoine. Il s’agit d’une production patrimoniale que l’on désignera sous le nom d’action de patrimonialisation. A travers cette communication, nous soulignerons la politique de l’Algérie dans la préservation et la mise en valeur du patrimoine, par le biais d’une étude de la prise en charge du patrimoine sur le plan juridique et opérationnel ainsi que la lecture chronoloeiaue de la nolitioue natrimoniale en Algérie.
