المستخلص: القرآن الكريم أساس العلوم الشرعية، وأشرف العلوم، ومنها علم (أصول الفقه) الذي تنوعت فيه طرق التأليف: طريقة الحنفية، وطريقة الجمهور، وطريقة الجمع بين طريقتي الحنفية والجمهور، وطريقة تخريج الفرع على الأصول، وطريقة ربط الجزيئات الفقهية بكليات الشريعة ومقاصدها، كما تنوعت الدراسات فيه بين دراسات تأصيلية، ودراسات تطبيقية؛ فجاء هذا البحث عناية بكلام الباري جل في علاه، باستقصاء جميع الجوانب الأصولية فيه، واستنباطها، فيسر الله عز وجل لي التعايش مع كتابه المبارك، وتدبره من خلال سورة الأنفال، باستنباط وإظهار الجوانب الأصولية فيها، فجعلت عنوان هذا البحث: "تطبيقات أصولية على سورة الأنفال" لذا فهذه دراسة أصولية تطبيقية على سورة الأنفال، تعتني بكلام الباري جل علاه، وتحاول تسليط الضوء وإبراز الجانب الأصولي للقرآن الكريم، اشتملت على ذكر الآيات الواردة في السورة، واستنباط القواعد الأصولية من خلالها، وذلك وفق منهج علمي، تم بموجبه تتبع الآيات الكريمة، والعمل على تحليلها ربطاً لها بالمباحث والقواعد الأصولية، والملاحظ احتواء جل الآيات على مباحث أصولية، وهذا مما بينته الدراسة وأثبتته، مما دل على اهتمام المفسرين بعلم أصول الفقه، كما دل على الترابط الوثيق بين العلوم الشرعية، وارتباط علم أصول الفقه بعلم اللغة، وتجلى ذلك في حروف المعاني الواردة في الآيات الكريمة.

The Holy Qur’an is the basis of Sharia sciences, and the most honorable of sciences, including the science (Usoul al-Fiqh), in which the methods of composition varied: the Hanafi method, the method of the public, the method of combining the two methods of the Hanafi and the public, the method of graduating branches on the origins, and the method of linking jurisprudential particles to the faculties of Sharia and its purposes, as varied Studies in it are between original studies and applied studies. So this research came with attention to the words of God Almighty, by investigating all aspects of fundamentalism in it, and deducing them. May God Almighty make it easy for me to coexist with his blessed book, and manage it through Surat “Al- Anfal”, by deducing and demonstrating the fundamentalist aspects in it, so I made the title of this research: "Fundamentalist Applications On Surat Al-Anfal" So this is a study an applied fundamentalist study on Surat Al-Anfal, which takes care of the words of God Almighty, and attempts to shed light and highlight the fundamental aspect of the Holy Qur’an. On analyzing it, linking it to the fundamental investigations and rules, and it is noticeable that most of the verses contain fundamental topics, and this is what the study has shown and proven, which indicates the interest of the commentators in the science of the principles of jurisprudence, as it indicates the close interrelationship between the legal sciences, and the link between the science of jurisprudence and the science of language, and it was manifested This is in the letters of the meanings contained in the noble verses.
