|a يعتبر موضوع الاتصال الدبلوماسي، أحد المجالات البحثية التي نالت اهتمام الدبلوماسيين والباحثين والمتخصصين في الجامعات ومراكز البحث. فدراسة الأزمات من منظور الاتصال الدبلوماسي تتشكل ملامحه في إطار عقيدة السياسة الخارجية للدولة ومحدداتها الاستراتيجية مع باقي الدول المجاورة والصديقة. ويتحدد دور الاتصال الدبلوماسي أثناء الأزمة في ضوء الاستراتيجية العامة التي تسطرها القيادة العامة للبلاد لمواجهتها. وعلى ضوء الأزمة الليبية وتداعياتها الخطيرة على الجزائر ودول الجوار، وعلى الشعب الليبي أساسا، ارتأينا في هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الصحافة المكتوبة في معالجة الاتصال الدبلوماسي الجزائري في حل الأزمة الليبية، في ظل التحديات الإقليمية والدولية الراهنة، التي عالجتها جريدة الشعب منذ 2015 إلى غاية 2021، وإبراز الموقف الجزائري المعتمد على الحلول السلمية (مؤتمرات، اجتماعات، اتفاقيات ...)، بهدف إيجاد حلول للأزمة الليبية وإيصالها إلى المحافل الدولية.
|b The subject of diplomatic communication is one of the research areas that have attracted the attention of diplomats, researchers and specialists in universities and research centers. The study of crises from the perspective of diplomatic contact is formed within the framework of the foreign policy doctrine of the state and its strategic determinants with the rest of neighboring and friendly countries. The role of diplomatic contact during the crisis is determined in light of the general strategy that the country's general leadership is devising to confront it. In light of the Libyan crisis and its dangerous repercussions on Algeria and neighboring countries, and mainly on the Libyan people, we decided in this study to shed light on the role of the written press in dealing with the Algerian diplomatic contact in resolving the Libyan crisis, in light of the current regional and international challenges, which were covered by the newspaper. People from 2015 to 2021, highlighting the Algerian position based on peaceful solutions (conferences, meetings, agreements...), with the aim of finding solutions to the Libyan crisis and bringing it to international forums From this standpoint.
