المستخلص: تدور هذه الدراسة حول الصحافة الإلكترونية وجاءت بعنوان: "الصحافة الإلكترونية العربية وفاعلية التحرير الصحفي" دراسة تحليلية بالتطبيق على صحيفتي سودانايل وايلاف في الفترة من (2015م- 2017م) التي تصدر وتنشر على شبكة الإنترنت حيث يحاول هذا البحث دراسة الصحافة الإلكترونية والخصائص والسمات التي تمتاز بها وذلك من خلال تحليل مضمون الصحف المختارة حيث تم تعيين صحيفتين لدراستها خلال فترة الدراسة من 2015-2017م واستخدام استمارة تحليل شاملة لعدد من الفئات للتحرير الإلكتروني وترتكز مشكلة هذه الدراسة في دارسة وتتبع الصحافة الإلكترونية وتحريرها من حيث تطبيقها لكافة خصائص ومميزات الصحافة الإلكترونية ومتابعة مدى هذا التطبيق من خلال الوقوف على قوالب وفنون التحرير الإلكتروني واستخدام الوسائط المتعددة ومبادئ الكتابة الفورية والتفاعلية. وتبني دراسات الإعلام الجديد على منهجية الدراسات التحليلية الوصفية حيث تم تحليل مضمون الصحف موضع الدراسة وتهدف الباحثة من خلال إجراء هذه الدراسة للتعرف وتسليط الضوء على التحرير الصحفي الإلكتروني على شبكة الإنترنت ومدى استفادة المحرر الإلكتروني من الشبكة العنكبوتية في التحرير الصحفي. وقد تم التوصل لعدد من النتائج المهمة أهمها: أن التحول الكبير في التحرير الصحفي من النظام التقليدي إلى النظام الإلكتروني المعتمد على الشبكات المحلية والشبكات المتسعة أدى لتعديل العلاقة بين المحررين بالصحيفة والكتاب من خارجها من ناحية ومراسليها من ناحية أخرى حيث أصبح المحررون اليوم يستخدمون الأدوات الإلكترونية الحديثة في التعامل مع الكتاب ويطالبونهم بالإلمام بها وينطبق الأمر ذاته على مراسلي الصحف الإلكترونية. وأثبتت الدراسة، أن الموضوع المنشور في الصحيفة الإلكترونية يتميز عن المطبوع لاستخدامه كل الإمكانيات التي تتيحها بيئة العمل على شبكة الإنترنت خاصة الوسائط المتعددة والتفاعلية. وتوصلت الدراسة أيضا للعدد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تمكين الصحفي الإلكتروني من استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامجه وكيفية البحث في الإنترنت. نشر ثقافة الإعلانات عبر الصحف الإلكترونية لإيجاد تمويل.

This research study deals with the modern electronic press which is published and issued on the internet web. The investigate attempts studying electronic press and its distinguished quality through analyzing the content of selected newspapers so two newspapers were specified for this study the period 2015–2017. The use of a complete analyzing form for a number of categories of electronic editing. The problematic area of this study focuses on studying and tracking electronic press and it’s editingandits application of all characteristics and specifications of the electronic press and following up the extent of this application through the art of electronic editing and the use of different mediators and the basics of instant and effective writing. The study aimed to identify and focus on the light on electronic press editing at the internet web and the extent of the electronic editor’s benefit from the cyberspace in editing. The new media study is based on the descriptive analytical methodology studies where the signification of the newspapers analysis is done which is the focus of the study. A number of results is attained, the most important of which, is this big change in press editing from the traditional system to electronic system which is accredited on the local wide and worldwide nets that leads to the adjustment of the relationship between the editors in press and book from one side and the ircorrespondents from the other side where today’s editors use the modern electronic devices in dealing with the book and demand for having information of it. The same matter falls on electronic press correspondents. The study proved that the printed topic of the electronic newspaper is better than the printed one as it used all the potentials that can be gained from the internet web work specially the various and effective tactics. The study offered a number of recommendations the most important of which, is the importance of enabling the electronic journalist to use the computer and its programmes and researching in the internet, finding finance for electronic press through posting the culture of electronical advertisements.
