المستخلص: استهدف البحث وضع خطة استراتيجية؛ لتطوير برنامج إعداد معلم اللغة العربية بكلية التربية -جامعة الإسكندرية؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهجين: الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج المختلط (الكمي، والكيفي معا)؛ إضافة لأسلوب التحليل الرباعي SWOT Analysis؛ لرصد واقع البرنامج الحالي؛ لتحديد جوانب القوة والضعف التي تتميز بها البيئة الداخلية، والفرص والتهديدات السائدة بالبيئة الخارجية للبرنامج؛ وبدأت إجراءات البحث بالتوصل إلى إطار نظري عن: (الوضع الحالي لبرنامج إعداد معلم اللغة العربية، والوضع العالمي لبعض التجارب الرائدة في مجال تطوير برامجها، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي)، ومن ثم إعداد أدوات البحث وهى: (استبانة رؤى أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول البيئة الداخلية لبرنامج إعداد معلم اللغة العربية -استمارة مقابلة طلاب الفرقة الرابعة قسم اللغة العربية حول البيئة الداخلية لبرنامج إعدادهم- استمارة مقابلة موجهي اللغة العربية حول برنامج إعداد معلم اللغة العربية- استبانة استطلاع آراء خريجي برنامج إعداد معلم اللغة العربية حول فاعلية البرنامج في ميدان العمل -استمارة مقابلة المجموعة المحورية حول البيئة الخارجية لبرنامج معلم اللغة العربية)، وكانت عينة البحث مؤلفة من ٥٨ عضوا من: (أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والطلاب، والموجهين، وخريجي البرنامج) لوضع خطة استراتيجية؛ لتطوير برنامج إعداد معلم اللغة العربية بكلية التربية. ثم التوصل لمجموعة من التوصيات، والبحوث المقترحة.

The research aimed to develop a strategic framework; To develop the Arabic language teacher preparation program at the Faculty of Education - Alexandria University; To achieve this goal, the researcher used the two approaches: the descriptive analytical approach, and the mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative together). In addition to the SWOT Analysis method; to monitor the reality of the current program; To identify the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment, and the prevailing opportunities and threats to the external environment of the program; The research procedures began with arriving at a theoretical framework on: (the current status of the Arabic language teacher preparation program, the global situation of some pioneering experiences in the field of program development, and strategic planning), And then the preparation of the research tools, which are: (a questionnaire about the faculty members’ visions about the internal environment of the Arabic language teacher preparation program - an interview form for students of the fourth year, the Arabic Language Division about the internal environment of their preparation program - an interview form for Arabic language teachers about the Arabic language teacher preparation program - a questionnaire questionnaire The opinions of the graduates of the Arabic language teacher preparation program about the effectiveness of the program in the field of work (the focus group interview form on the external environment of the Arabic language teacher program The research sample consisted of 58 members of (the faculty, students, mentors, and alumni of the program). A strategic plan was reached; to develop the Arabic language teacher preparation program at the Faculty of Education. Then reach a set of recommendations, and the proposed research.
