المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التخطيط الاستراتيجي في نجاح المشاريع والمؤسسات اللغوية، عن طريق استجلاء وجهات نظر العاملين فيها بهدف ترشيد وتطوير عمل المؤسسات اللغوية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وكان الداعي لاختيار هذا الموضوع ما لاحظه الباحث من كثرة المؤسسات اللغوية في الإمارات، ورغبته في تلمس قيمة الابتكار في أعمالها والاستدامة في أنشطتها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية القصدية مع الحرص على أن تكون ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة، وتم إعداد مجموعة من الأدوات العلمية، بدأت باستعراض الدراسات السابقة في موضوع الدراسة وعلى مجتمعها تحديدا، ثم الانطلاق من توصياتها ونتائجها لتصميم خطة استراتيجية ودليل استرشادي للمؤسسات اللغوية في التقييم القبلي والمرحلي واللاحق، ثم وضع محكات لتقييم الخطط الاستراتيجية. وبتحليل النتائج وتفسيرها تم إثبات فرضية البحث وهي أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للتخطيط اللغوي وأثره في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسات اللغوية من وجهات نظر العاملين فيها. وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية أن تعمل المؤسسات اللغوية على وضع خططها الاستراتيجية مستثمرة أدبيات علم الإدارة والتخطيط.

This study aimed to know the impact of strategic planning on the success of linguistic projects and institutions, by clarifying the views of their workers in order to rationalize and develop the work of language institutions in the United Arab Emirates. It touches the value of innovation in its business and sustainability in its activities . In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the research sample was chosen in a random, intentional way, taking care to be representative of the study population, and a set of scientific tools were prepared which began by reviewing previous studies on the subject of the study and on its society in particular, then proceeding from its recommendations and results to design a strategic plan and a guiding guide for language institutions in the tribal, interim and subsequent evaluation, and then developed criteria for evaluating strategic plans. By analyzing and interpreting the results, the research hypothesis was proven, which is that there are statistically significant differences for linguistic planning and its impact on achieving the objectives of language institutions from the perspectives of their employees. The study recommended the importance of linguistic institutions working on developing their strategic plans, using the literature of management and planning.
