|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية درجة العفو لدى طالبات الجامعة لتحسين درجة المناعة النفسية من خلال برنامج تدريبي، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (50) طالبة للمجموعة الاستطلاعية و (100) طالبة للمجموعة الوصفية، وتكونت مجموعتي الدراسة التجريبية من: مجموعة تجريبية وقوامها (20) طالبة، ومجموعة ضابطة وقوامها (20) طالبة، وجميعهن من طالبات الجامعة- الفرقة الثالثة- كلية التجارة- جامعة الأزهر فرع البنات بالقاهرة، للعام الجامعي (2021- 2022)، وتكونت أدوات البحث من استمارة المستوى الاجتماعي والثقافي للأسرة (إعداد الباحثات)، ومقياس المناعة النفسية لدى طالبات الجامعة (إعداد الباحثات)، ومقياس العفو لدى طالبات الجامعة إعداد: سلسبيل ممدوح (2019) (تعديل الباحثات)، وبرنامج تدريبي لتنمية درجة العفو لدى طالبات الجامعة لتحسين درجة المناعة النفسية (إعداد الباحثات)، وتم استخدام المنهجين الوصفي والتجريبي، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة بين العفو والمناعة النفسية، وفعالية البرنامج التدريبي لتنمية درجة العفو في تحسين درجة المناعة النفسية لدى طالبات المجموعة التجريبية، وأوصت الباحثات بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية لتنمية العفو، وأخرى لتحسين المناعة النفسية لطلاب وطالبات الجامعة، توجيه الاهتمام نحو دراسة المتغيرات النفسية الإيجابية مثل المرونة النفسية، التفاؤل، الوعي بالذات، والعفو وغيرها.
|b The aim of the current research is to develop the degree of forgiveness among university students to improve the degree of psychological immunity through a training program. The research sample consisted of (50) female students for the exploratory group and (100) female students for the descriptive group, and the two experimental study groups consisted of: an experimental group consisting of (20) A female student and a control group of (20) female students, all of whom are university students - the third year - Faculty of Commerce - Al-Azhar University, Girls’ Branch in Cairo, for the academic year 2021-2022. The research tools consisted of the social and cultural level form for the family (prepared by researchers), the scale of psychological immunity among university students (prepared by researchers), and the scale of forgiveness among university students prepared by: Salsabil Mamdouh (2019) (modified by researchers), and a training program to develop the degree of forgiveness among university students to improve the degree of psychological immunity (prepared by researchers), and the descriptive and experimental approaches were used. The results of the research revealed: the existence of a positive and significant correlation between forgiveness and psychological immunity, and the effectiveness of the training program for developing the degree of forgiveness in improving the degree of psychological immunity among the students of the experimental group. Interest in studying positive psychological variables such as psychological resilience, optimism, self-awareness, forgiveness and others.
