المستخلص: عنوان البحث: الخلاف في متعلق شبه الجملة وأثره في الوقف والابتداء "دراسة تطبيقية على سورة البقرة". أهداف البحث: 1- الوقوف على أشباه الجمل المختلف في تعلقها، والتي أثرت في حكم الوقف والابتداء. 2- إظهار تأثر أحكام علماء الوقف باختلاف الأحكام الإعرابية. 3- إبراز الارتباط الوثيق بين علمي اللغة وعلم الوقف والابتداء. 4- وضع لبنة أولى لمشروع دراسة أشباه الجمل المختلف فيها في جميع القرآن. منهج البحث: سلكت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي؛ القائم على استقراء الحكم الإعرابي لأشباه الجمل في سورة البقرة، للتوصل إلى المواضع الخلافية التي تأثر بها حكم الوقف، ثم أتبعت ذلك بالمنهج التحليلي؛ لبيان أحكام الوقف التي ترتبت على الخلاف في إعراب شبه الجملة، وبيان الراجح منها. أهم نتائج البحث: 1- أن كثيرا من الخلافات بين علماء الوقف مردها إلى اختلاف بين المعربين. 2- أن الخلاف في متعلق شبه الجملة له تأثير كبير في مواطن الوقف. 3- ضرورة دراسة شاملة لكل مواطن الخلاف في تعلق شبه الجملة في القرآن، وأحكام الوقف والابتداء المترتبة عليها.

Research title: The Disagreement on the Qualifier of a Phrase and Its Impact on Al-Waqf (Stopping) and Al-Ibtidaa (Starting) [in Qur’an Recitation]: An Applied Study on Suratul Baqarah. Research aims: 1. Discovering the phrases upon which there is disagreement regarding their qualifiers, and which have impact on the ruling of stopping and starting in Qur’an recitation. 2. Showing the influence of the difference in rulings of grammatical passing on the rulings of the scholars of al-waqf and al-ibtidaa. 3. Highlighting the close relationship between the sciences of language and the science of al-waqf and al-ibtidaa . 4. Laying the foundation for a project to study phrases upon which there is difference of opinions in the Qur’an. Research methodology: In this research, I used the inductive method which is based on the extrapolation of the grammatical passing of the phrases in Surat Al-Baqarah, in order to reach the points of disagreement that influenced the ruling of al-waqf, and then I followed that with the analytical method; in order to clarify the rulings of al-waqf that emanated from the disagreement in the grammatical passing of the phrase, and to identify the most correct of those opinions. The most important findings of the research include: 1- That many of the differences between the scholars of al-waqf are due to a difference between those who passed the grammars. 2- That the disagreement about the qualifier of the phrase has a great impact on the points of stopping. 3- The necessity of a comprehensive study of all points of disagreement regarding the qualifier of the phrases in the Qur’an, and the rules of stopping and starting thereof.
