المستخلص: موضوع البحث: قيمة السمع والطاعة وأثرها في تحقيق الوحدة وأوجه الانحراف فيها. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعزيز قيمة السمع والطاعة والبيعة لولي الأمر، وإبراز كنهها، وتوضيح ضوابطها وشروطها، وبيان وجوه الانحراف عنها. واتبع الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي لاستقراء النصوص، وكلام أهل العلم في مسألة البيعة والسمع والطاعة، ولاستقراء ما وقع فيه بعض الطوائف والجماعات من وجوه الانحراف عن البيعة والسمع والطاعة، كما اتبع المنهج النقدي في نقد الآراء الباطلة في مسألة البيعة والسمع والطاعة وبيان ضعفها، بالأدلة الشرعية والحجج والبراهين. وقد توصل الباحث إلى نتائج، من أهمها: أن البيعة هي العهد على السمع والطاعة في المعروف لولي الأمر، وأن الانتخابات تعد أحد وجوه انعقاد الولاية المختلف فيها، وتختلف عن البيعة في كونها قائمة على اختيار عموم الناس لا على اختيار أهل الحل والعقد، وأن من آثار البيعة والسمع والطاعة تحقيق الوحدة والائتلاف ونبذ الفرقة والاختلاف، وأن من أهم الوسائل الشرعية لسد الانحراف عن البيعة والسمع والطاعة لولاة الأمر: تعظيم قدر البيعة والولاية، والعدل بين الرعية، وتصحيح العقيدة.

Research title: The Value of Heeding and Obedience and Its Impact on Achieving Unity and the Ways of Deviation from It. This research seeks to enhance the value of heeding and obedience and keeping allegiance for the leaders, and revealing its concept, and explaining its guiding principles and conditions, and explicating the ways of deviation from it. The researcher followed the inductive methodology in surveying the texts, and the statements of the scholars on the issue of allegiance and heeding and obedience, and in surveying what some sects and groups have fallen into in terms of ways of deviation from allegiance and heeding and obedience, also the researcher followed the critical methodology in critiquing the invalid opinions on the issue at hand, and in explaining their weakness, with legal proofs and evidences. The researcher reached certain findings, including: that allegiance is the oath of heeding and obedience in rightfulness to the leader, and that elections are one of the controversial ways of gaining authority, and it is different from allegiance in the sense that it is based on the selection of the generality of people not by the selection of the reserved elite, and that among the impacts of allegiance and heeding and obedience is achieving unity and cooperation and shunning discord and enmity, and that among the most significant legal ways of blocking deviation from allegiance and heeding and obedience for the leaders include: venerating the value of allegiance and authority, and justice among the led, and correcting the religious doctrine.
