المستخلص: أهدافه: جمع الأحاديث التي أعلها النقاد بعدم وجودها في بلد الراوي، من كتب الحديث والعلل والجرح والتعديل وغيرها، ودراستها وتحليلها، والحكم عليها. منهجه: جمع طرق الأحاديث التي حوتها الدراسة من كتب الحديث كالعلل والجرح والتعديل ونحوها. عزو الأحاديث إلى مراجعها، والتكلم على أسانيدها وعللها. دراسة أحوال الرواة الذين يتوقف الحكم على الأسانيد على معرفة حالهم ودرجاتهم. أهم النتائج: من أساليب النقاد في تعليل الحديث كونه لا يوجد في بلد الراوي. عدم وجود الحديث في بلد الراوي يعد قرينة على وجود علة في الخبر. معرفة الاصطلاحات التي يستعملها النقاد لتعليل الحديث الذي ينفرد به راو غريب عن شيخ البلد. تعليل الأحاديث إنما يكون حسب القواعد التي وضعها نقاد الحديث. التوصيات: تأمل أساليب النقاد ومعرفة طرقهم في تعليل الأحاديث. إنشاء الدراسات حول أساليب النقاد في تعليل الأحاديث. معرفة مصطلحات النقاد في التعليل. تتبع العلل الغامضة والنادرة من كلام النقاد وتصرفاتهم.

*Research topic: Hadiths classified as defective by critics due to nonexistent in the narrator's location. *Objectives: Collecting the hadiths that declared defective by the critics because they do not exist in the narrator's country; from books of hadiths, the books wherein the causes are mentioned, the criticism and amendment books, and other books, then studied them, analyzed them, and make a judgment on them. *Methodology: Collecting the narrator’s chains that the study contained from hadith books, such as the books wherein the causes mentioned; the criticism and amendment books, etc. Attributing the hadiths to their references, and discussing on their chains and causes. Studied the conditions of the narrators, which depends on the chain of narrators by knowing their status and degrees. *Main results: One of the methods of critics in the declaration of defect is that it does not exist in the country of the narrator. The absence of a hadith in the country of the narrator is counted as a flaw in the status of the hadith. The deficiency of the hadiths is based on the rules set by the critics of hadith. *Recommendations: To examine the methods of critics and learn their methods about declaration of defect in the hadiths. To carry studies on the methods of the critics in hadith flaws.
