المستخلص: يعد التأويل من أهم المباحث المعرفية والفلسفية، التي اتخذت من النصوص الدينية والأدبية مواضيع بحثية، وقد اهتم التأويل بعدة مباحث وإشكاليات بداية من إشكالية المصطلح، حيث يتم توظيف مفهوم التأويل وكذلك المفاهيم المتاخمة له كمفاهيم التفسير الفهم والشرح، دون أن ننسى تعدد مرجعيات القراءة وآليات التأويل بين موقف أصولي يؤمن بتراث السلف حصرا ويدعو إلى المرجعيات والآليات التراثية، وموقف حداثي يؤمن بالتجديد وتحرير العقل العربي من وثنية الفكر التقليدية ويدعو إلى الحداثة وتحرير العقل، وكل طرف يسعى إلى فرض موقفه، والحاصل من تعدد المرجعيات وجدل هذه المدارس إلى اختلاف في المفاهيم والتأويلات يصل أحيانا درجة التناقض.

Interpretation is considered one of the most important cognitive and philosophical researches that have taken religious and literary texts as research subjects, so interpretation has been interested in several aspects and issues starting with the term the interpretation itself as well as other adjacent ones such as: explanation, comprehension, illustration without forgetting the multiplicity of the references of the reading and the mechanisms and the hermeneutic process between a fundamentalist position which believes only in its ancestral heritage and calls for its patrimonial mechanisms, and another rather modernist position which believes in the revival and liberation of the Arab spirit from the paganism of traditional thought and opts for modernity and the liberation of reason. and each party seeks to impose its point of view and the observation of the multiplicity of these approved references and the dialectic of these schools which opposes them and which leads to a difference of concepts and interpretations sometimes going as far as contradiction.
