المستخلص: فهذا بحث فقهي فرضى لمسألة من أهم مسائل الفراض، وأكثرها وقوعا في المسائل الفرضية؛ وهي مسألة الرد؛ حيث إن كثيرا من مسائل الفرائض يبقى فيها باق بعد إعطاء أصحاب الفروض فروضهم، ولا يكون هناك عاصب يحوز ما تبقى من التركة، فحينئذ يحتاج أهل الميراث ومن يقسمه بينهم إلى رد ما تبقى من التركة على المستحقين له من الورثة بطريقه رياضية صحيحة، تعطي كل ذي حق حقه؛ ومن هنا جاء هذا البحث الذي يبين معنى الرد في الفرائض، وحكمه، وأدلته، وحالاته، وطرق قسمة مسائله بالخطوات والأمثلة التوضيحية والفوائد المهمة. رجعت فيه إلى المصادر الأصيلة المعتمدة عند أهل العلم، وسرت فيه حسب المنهجية العلمية المتبعة عند أهل العلم في البحث العلمي.

Praise be to God alone, and blessings and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet, and after: This is a hypothetical juristic study of one of the most important hypothetical issues, and the most common one in hypothetical issues; It is a question of response; Since many of the dues issues remain in them after giving the hypotheses their assignments, and there is no one who takes possession of the remainder of the estate, then the people of the inheritance and those who divide it among them need to return the remainder of the estate to the heirs entitled to it in a correct mathematical way, which is given to everyone his right; Hence came this research, which shows the meaning of refutation in the obligatory duties, its rulings, its evidence, its cases, and the methods of dividing its problems with steps, illustrative examples, and important benefits. I went back in it to the original sources approved by the people of knowledge, and I followed it according to the scientific methodology followed by the scholars in scientific research.
