أسست مجلة القلزم للدراسات التاريخية والحضارية وصدر عددها الأول عن مركز دراسات دول حوض البحر الأحمر في صفر 1442ه الموافق أكتوبر 2020م، وتواصل توزيعها عن دار أريتريا للنشر في الخرطوم وعن دار القلزم للنشر والتوزيع بالسودان من ضمن سلسلة من مجلات القلزم ربع السنوية؛ وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تناول المجلة بالقراءة والتحليل لمسرتها حتى مارس 2022، وإلقاء الضوء على تجربتها في النشر وإسهاما في تقييم- أدائها كواحدة من المجلات العلمية المحكمة في السودان، وانتهجت الدراسة منهاج البحث التاريخي والمنهج التحليلي لمعالجة المادة العلمية، وقسم البحث إلى ثلاثة عناوين رئيسة الأول المجلة والتعريف بها وكيفية إخراجها، والثاني تعنون بعنوان أقام المجلة والباحثون؛ وآخرها هو موضوعات المجلة، ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج : صدرت مجلة القلزم للدراسات التاريخية والحضارية شاملة متنوعة وذلك لتنوع هيئاتها وإشرافها وأقلامها.، اهتمت المجلة بقضايا البحر الأحمر عبر تاريخه الطويل، كما أنها لم تغفل عن كبار الحوادث من حولها.، لم تتأخر المجلة عن موعدها المضروب مع قرائها يوما فضلا عن إصدارها أعدادا مزدوجة وأخرى خاصة. وخرجت الدراسة بتوصيات: التواصل في الإصدار مع إضافة ملحق للمجلة يحوي أفكارا داعمة لدراسات البحر الأحمر مثل خرائط للمدن والموانئ وأشكالا توضيحية.، توسيع دائرة النشر وإصدار المجلة بلغات أخرى، إصدار المجلة من كل دول حوض البحر الأحمر. كما تضمنت الدراسة مقدمة وخاتمه وثبت للمصادر والمراجع.
Al-Qalzam Journal for Historical and Civilization Studies was established and its first issue was issued by the Center for Studies of the Red Sea Basin in Safar 1442 AH corresponding to October 2020 AD, and continued to be distributed by the Eritrean Publishing House in Khartoum and by the Al-Qalzam Publishing and Distribution House in Sudan among a series of Qulzim quarterly journals; The study aimed to deal with the journal reading and analysis of its path until March 2022, and to shed light on its publishing experience and to contribute to evaluating its performance as one of the refereed scientific journals in Sudan. The magazine and its introduction and how to get it out, and the second one is titled the magazine pens and researchers; The most recent of which is the topics of the magazine, and one of the most important findings of the study: The Al-Qalzam Journal for Historical and Civilization Studies was issued, comprehensive and diverse, due to the diversity of its bodies, supervision, and pens. The magazine has been concerned with issues of the Red Sea throughout its long history, and it has not neglected the major incidents around it. The magazine was never late for its scheduled date with its readers, in addition to issuing double and special issues. The study came out with recommendations Communication in the publication with the addition of an appendix to the magazine containing ideas supporting the studies of the Red Sea, such as maps of cities and ports and illustrative figures. Expanding the publishing circle and issuing the magazine in other languages, issuing the magazine from all the countries of the Red Sea Basin. The study also included an introduction, conclusion, and proof of sources and references.
