المستخلص: فكرة الدراسة تحقيق لكتاب بلاغي ثمين، والدافع إلى تحقيق الكتاب تقدم عصره، فهو من القرن الثامن الهجري، وكذلك نبوغ مؤلفه، وتميزه في عدد من العلوم الشرعية والعربية، منها: الفقه، والأصول، والقراءات، والمنطق، والبلاغة؛ فهو عالم من أبرز علماء القرن الثامن الهجري، ومقرئ من أشهر القراء المقرئين في العالم الإسلامي، وقد كان مفتي مدينة الخليل في فلسطين، وعالمها الذي يتوارد إليه طلبة العلم من جميع البقاع؛ للتتلمذ عليه، والإفادة من علمه ودرسه. ومن أسباب تميز الكتاب أنه غير مطبوع، ولا توجد منه إلا نسخة فريدة، وهذا يزيد من قيمة تحقيق الكتاب، وأهمية دراسته، وإخراجه للدارسين والباحثين؛ ليخدم بالشرح والتحليل والاستنباط والاستقراء، وكذلك دراسة منهج المؤلف، وقيمة إضافاته في الحقل البلاغي. ومن مزايا الكتاب إيجازه واختصاره؛ فهو مناسب للحفظ كما نص على ذلك المؤلف في مقدمة الكتاب، فهو كتاب موجز، وفيه إشارات قيمة، مع حاجته إلى شرح وتعليق. ومن مزايا الكتاب استثمار المؤلف لآراء كبار علماء البلاغة في التنظير، والتطبيق، والتفريع، والاختيارات، والترجيحات؛ فالدراسة تحقيق لكتاب: حسن الصياغة في فن البلاغة للجعبري، مع بعض التعليقات الموجزة من الباحث، والمقارنة مع بعض كتب البلاغة المعاصرة للمؤلف حسب الحاجة. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه إلى مقدمة، وفصلين، الأول منهما تضمن مبحثا لدراسة المؤلف، والآخر لدراسة الكتاب. وتضمن الفصل الثاني تحقيق الكتاب تحقيقا علميا وفق قواعد التحقيق عند أهل الفن، مع التعليق على بعض مسائله، وذيل البحث بقائمة للمصادر والمراجع.

The idea behind the study is the investigation of a valuable rhetorical book, and the motivation for the investigation of an old book, since it was from the 8th century of hijra, and the expertise of its author, and being exceptional in several Shari’ah and Arabic sciences, including: Jurisprudence, Fundamentals of Jurisprudence, Qur’an Readings, Logic, and Rhetoric. He was among the most outstanding scholars of the eighth century of hijra, and a reciter among the most popular reciters of the Islamic world, he was the Mufti of Galilee in Palestine, and its scholar that was travelled to from several places in order to learn from him and to benefit from his knowledge and class. And among the reasons why the book was outstanding is that it has never been printed, and it only has one unique manuscript, and this will add to the value of the book’s investigation, and the importance of studying it, and producing it for students and researches; in order that it will be served with commentary and analysis and inference and induction, and the study of the author’s methodology, and the value of his additions to the field of rhetoric. And among the distinctions of the book is being brief and succinct; it is appropriateness for memorization as stated by the author in its introduction, it is a brief book, and it includes valuable points, with its need for commentary and annotation. And among its distinctions is the author’s judicious usage of the opinions of great scholars of Rhetoric in theorization, and application and branching, and choosing, and weightings. Hence, the study is the investigation of the book: Husn Al-Siyaagah fi Fann Al- Balaagah (Good Wording in the Art of Rhetoric) by Al-Ja’bari, with some brief commentaries from the researcher, and comparison with some books of Rhetoric contemporary with the author. The nature of the research necessitates dividing it into an introduction, and two chapters. The first: includes a topic on the study of the author, and another on the study of the book. And the second topic includes the investigation of the book scholarly based on the rules of investigation by the specialists in this field, including commentary on some of its issues, and the book was appended with bibliography.
