|a إن من فضل الله على اللغة العربية وأهلها أن خصها بكتابه العزيز، فجعلها وعاء لمعانيه، معبرة عن حكمه ومراميه، وتعهد سبحانه بحفظ هذا الكتاب العظيم، فحفظ اللغة العربية من خلال حفظه، وجعل كل من ينتسب لدين الإسلام محبا لها، حريصا على تعلمها وتعليمها، مؤثرا إياها على غيرها وإن لم يكن عربيا في النسب، فقيض لها سدنة وخداما يخدمونها تقربا لله تعالى، لا عصبية وحمية، لأن خدمتها خدمة للقرآن الكريم. وقد ترك لنا علماء العربية، من خلال حقبها المتلاحقة، تراثا زاخرا من العلوم والمعارف التي تتناول هذه اللغة بالتحليل والتقعيد والتعليل والمعالجات المختلفة، وتوارثت أجيال الأمة هذا التراث العظيم، فمنهم من أضاف وزاد ووازن، ومنهم من قلد وشرح واختصر، ومنهم من وقف موقف المبهور المعجب، ومنهم من وقف موقف العاجز المستكين، وهذا الصنف هو الغالب في العصور المتأخرة من تأريخ الأمة التي ساد فيها الوهن وتوقفت فيها عجلة التطور والازدهار.

Electronic devices, nuclear submarines, international research centers, and other means that did not exist during the days of the Quran’s descent to Earth. 2- The Arabic language is valid for every time and place because it is the language of the Qur’an. 3- The Arabic language is able to express the latest invention and the most accurate terminology because God has endowed it with capacity, wealth and flexibility.
