المستخلص: اختلف الفقهاء في حكم الجهر والإسرار بــ "آمين" في الصلاة بعد قراءة الفاتحة للإمام والمأموم والمنفرد؛ وهذا الخلاف مبني على اختلاف الرواة في رواية الجهر والإسرار بـــ "آمين" في الصلاة بعد قراءة الفاتحة، فيما يرويه وائل بن حجر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فأحد الفريقين من الفقهاء رجح رواية الجهر، والفريق الآخر رجح رواية الإسرار. فكانت فكرة البحث تقوم على دراسة هاتين الروايتين من حيث السند، بجمع الطرق لكل رواية، والنظر في المتابعات والشواهد التي تعضد إحدى الروايتين وترجحها على الأخرى، لمعرفة القول الراجح من أقوال الفقهاء؛ بناء على الرواية الصحيحة. وعند دراسة هاتين الروايتين ترجح لدى الباحث رواية الجهر، بعد جمع طرق هذه الرواية من كتب السنن المختلفة، والنظر في أقوال علماء التخريج؛ حيث وصفوا رواية الجهر بأنها الرواية الصحيحة عن وائل بن حجر رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأما رواية الإسرار فقد وقع راويها وهو "شعبة" في الوهم؛ بدليل أن له رواية أخرى يقول فيها: بالجهر.

The jurists differed regarding the ruling on reciting out loud and silently with "Amen" in prayer after reciting Al-Fatihah concerning the imam, the al ma'mmum, and the individual. This disagreement is based on the difference of narrators in the narration of uttering "Ameen" aloud and secretly in the prayer after reciting al-Fatihah from the narration of Wael bin Hajar, may God be pleased with him .One party of jurists supported the narration of loud uttering of the word "Ameen". The other party supported the narration of low uttering of the same word. The research concept was based on studying these two narrations in terms of the chain of transmission, collecting the methods for each narration, and considering the follow-ups and evidences that support one of the two narrations and favor it over the other, to find out the most correct saying from the sayings of the jurists according to the correct narration. On studying these two narrations, the researcher prefers the narration of loud uttering after collecting the methods of this narration from the different books of Sunnahs, and examining the sayings of the explication scholars who described the narration of loud uttering as being the correct one on the authority of Wael bin Hajar on his authority on the authority of the Prophet PBUH. As for the narration of secretness, its narrator, “Shu'bah”, fell into illusion, as he has another authentic narration in which he says that loud uttering of "Ameen" is correct.
