|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة فاعلية برامج تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة عجلون، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (242) معلما ومعلمة في مدارس محافظة عجلون، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة باستبانة مكونة من (٤٤) فقرة وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة فاعلية برامج تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة في محافظة عجلون من وجهة نظر المعلمين بشكل عام جاءت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.10). وأشارت النتائج أيضا بأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة فاعلية برامج تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي على مستوى الأداة ككل، وعلى المستوى الكلي لجميع مجالاتها باستثناء مكان وزمان التدريب وتقييم التدريب، ولصالح فئة (أعلى من بكالوريوس). ولمتغير سنوات الخبرة على المستوى الكلي لجميع مجالات الأداة باستثناء التخطيط للبرامج التدريبية والأساليب والوسائل التدريبية والأداة ككل ولصالح فئة (أقل من 5 سنوات). ولمتغير البرنامج التدريبي على مستوى جميع المجالات باستثناء الأساليب والوسائل التدريبية ومكان وزمان التدريب وتقييم التدريب والأداة ككل ولصالح فئة (القيادة المهنية ERSP).
|b The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of in-service teacher training programs from the teachers’ point of view in Ajloun Governorate, The descriptive survey method was used, The study sample consisted of (242) male and female teachers in Ajloun Governorate schools, The results of the study found that the degree of effectiveness of in-service teacher training programs in Ajloun Governorate from the teachers' point of view in general was medium, with an average of (3.10). The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the aver¬age estimates of the study sample members of the degree of effectiveness of the in-service teacher training programs due to the gender variable, the educational qualification variable at the level of the tool as a whole, and at the total level for all its fields except for the place and time of training and evaluation of training, and in favor of Class (higher than Bachelor's). And for the variable years of experience at the total level for all areas of the tool except for the planning of training programs, training methods and means and the tool as a whole and for the benefit of a category (less than 5 years). And for the training program variable at the level of all areas except for training methods and means, place and time of training, evaluation of training and the tool as a whole and for the benefit of the ERSP category.
