|a تناولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية بإيجاز ماهية مراكز الأبحاث كأحد صور منظمات المجتمع المدني، من حيث تعريف المجتمع المدني ومراكز الأبحاث، وتاريخ نشأة مراكز الأبحاث، وأنواع مراكز الأبحاث، كما تناولنا ماهية حقوق الأجيال القادمة، وبصفة خاصة المصطلحات المستخدمة في هذا المجال، بوصفها من المصطلحات الداخلة في مجال (التنمية المستدامة Sustainable Development)، باعتبار التنمية المستدامة عملية مستمرة تشمل الحاضر والمستقبل. كما تناولنا التكريس الدستوري للمجتمع المدني ولحقوق الأجيال القادمة في المواثيق الدولية والدساتير الوطنية والدستور المصري، من أجل إلقاء الضوء على متطلبات تحقيق وضمان حقوق الأجيال القادمة بوصفها أحد مفردات التنمية المستدامة. وتناولنا منظمات المجتمع المدني، مع التركيز على مراكز الأبحاث العلمية، بوصفها أهم صور دعم حقوق الأجيال القادمة، والتي تحتاج إلى دراسات استشرافية، توازن بين حقوق الأجيال القادمة وحقوق الجيل الحالي، وذلك من خلال استعراض مراكز الأبحاث العالمية التي تعمل في مجال حقوق الأجيال القادمة، ومراكز الأبحاث العربية التي تعمل في مجال حقوق الأجيال القادمة، ومراكز الأبحاث المصرية التي تعمل في مجال حقوق الأجيال القادمة، وأهم المشاكل التي تواجه مراكز الأبحاث المصرية والعربية أمام نهوضها في هذا المجال لتكون على قدم المساواة مع المراكز العالمية. وخلصنا في هذا البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات التي تهدف إلى دعم المجتمع المدني ومجتمع البحث العلمي في مصر، لكي ينهض بدوره في مجال التنمية المستدامة وحماية حقوق الأجيال القادمة، وذلك بعد استعراض عدد من التجارب الدولية في نفس المجال، وأهم العيوب التي شابت التجارب العربية، والتجربة المصرية، واقتراحاتنا لمعالجة تلك العيوب وصولا للهدف المنشود، وهو العدالة بين الأجيال.
|f In this research paper, we briefly discussed the nature of research centers as one of the forms of civil society organizations. The discussion covered the definition of civil society and research centers, the history of the emergence of research centers, and the various types of research centers. Additionally, we explored the nature of the rights of future generations, focusing on the terminology used in the field of Sustainable Development. Sustainable development was considered a continuous process encompassing both the present and the future. Furthermore, we delved into the constitutional enshrinement of civil society and the rights of future generations in international charters, national constitutions, and specifically, the Egyptian Constitution. This exploration aims to shed light on the requirements for achieving and guaranteeing the rights of future generations as integral components of sustainable development. We discussed civil society organizations, with a focus on scientific research centers, as crucial entities in supporting the rights of future generations, which requires forward-looking studies that strike a balance between the rights of future generations and those of the present generation by exploring international research centers dedicated to the rights of future generations, as well as Arab research centers operating in this field and the Egyptian research centers engaged in the rights of future generations, and the most significant challenges these centers face in advancing their contributions in alignment with global counterparts. In this research, we concluded a number of recommendations that aim to support civil society and the scientific research community in Egypt, in order to fulfill its role in the field of sustainable development and protecting the rights of future generations, after reviewing a number of international experiences in the same field, and the most important defects that marred the Arab experiences, and the Egyptian experience. We also provided proposals to address these defects in order to achieve the desired goal, which is justice between generations. This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc.
